I would definitely use this group again on my garage floor. The final product was very high quality and looked exactly the way we were anticipating. Additionally, they were very flexible with our timeframe, they added touches like painting epoxy on the stem wall, and they helped me to move the heavy objects out of the garage. I'm really glad I went with Keith and his crew.

We had 3 car garage done and did the side walls as well. Didn't sound like this was the norm that this company did but we didn't want this unfinished. Took two guys two part days to complete job. They were professional any time I went out to see how it was going and asking questions. We are happy with final look.

The work was flawless; in fact they even helped us correct some impecfection on the floors just delivered to us days before (this was a new Townhouse), they also covered the sides until the wall line. The finish is impecable, the quality of the materials and the Employees is outstanding.

Our floor looks fantastic! Neighbors and contractors in our brand new neighborhood comment on it and we are so glad with our decision. I confess that I Swiffer it regularly since one of the primary reasons of placing it was for our daughter to play in a shaded area and it is nice for it to be clean for her. I had four floor companies come to make quotes and show me their product which varied slightly. One was not even classified "non-slip". This floor is considered to be and IS non-slip! Granite Garage Floors was a fair quote with some of the best product considerations. Their staff moved our belongings from the garage and did our floor when we were on vacation so it was an ideal time for us. They were very accommodating.

I found working with Granite Garage Floors extremely easy - Keith answered all of our questions and made a special trip back to our house for us to confirm the choice of floor color finish. His crew (Josiah and Grant) were punctual, professional and hard working. The garage floors look fabulous - they make the garage look like another room in our home. We could not be more pleased with Granite Garage Floors.

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up when finished and came back the next day and finished as promised. The result is fantastic. Several neighbors have come over to look at the results and have been very impressed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I had a need.

Over time I have come to appreciate really good work and customer service from home services vendors. And Keith's group was a fine example. His group was prompt, thorough, professional and I could live in my garage now the floor is so awesome. It was a little costly (for a garage) but competitive with other vendors and totally worth it. Keith wants to ensure you are happy and will work through any issues you might have. They even came back to put my garage stuff back that was too heavy for me...thanks to Keith and his crew.

The horizontal floor surface is fantastic, but the wall base is a disaster. We had uneven cracks full of foam along the base of the wall, which I told the owner (Keith) was the primary reason we were purchasing the floor coating, and the option to include a six-inch rise from the floor up the wall. He assured me that they would grind down the uneven surfaces and fill the cracks as a routine part of their service. He stated in writing in an e-mail that their process "focuses heavily on preparation" and includes "repair of all blemishes/cracks/divots". I had every reason to assume this included the wall base, because I had told him how important that was to us and he had agreed to do the six-inch rise for an additional charge. He did tell me a large gap in the stucco that extended above the six-inch line might result in an uneven surface, but assured me that they would take good care of the wall base everywhere else, so I hired a contractor to repair the stucco in advance, but the contractor only repaired the wall base in the spot where the gap in the stucco had been, because Keith assured me his crew would take care of the rest. After Keith's crew removed the foam, he told me the gaps were bigger than they had expected and they would need to fill them, which they did at no charge, but I had to call the contractor who had repaired the stucco and find out what kind of filler he had used at the wall base where the stucco repair had been made. After they filled the cracks, as the crew was beginning to apply the epoxy flooring, I walked in the garage and to my horror realized they did not grind down the uneven surfaces and were applying the material over large uneven chunks of protruding concrete (see picture). When I protested, I was told by one of the crew that it was too late to stop now because they had already started, and they don't deal with uneven surfaces at the wall base, only on the horizontal floor surface. I talked to Keith and he assured me that he would make sure I would be satisfied with the end result, but he told me that they don't have any kind of tool that would smooth out rough edges at the wall base (as my contractor had easily done in the area where the stucco had been repaired). So the crew spent hours with a hammer and chisel in a seemingly futile effort to make the wall base smooth, and the end result was a major improvement over what they were going to do before I stopped them, but it is still very obvious at a quick glance that the surface is uneven and has visible blemishes at the wall base, and we just have to live with it now. If he had been up front with me out their inability to smooth out the wall base, I could have had my contractor repair the surface in advance for a minimal cost, and we would have a much nicer looking garage. Also each day when the crew left, they just left without saying anything and did not give me any instructions or status report, so I had to call and ask questions. If you're just doing your floor and already have a nice clean line around your wall base, it's a good product.

Keith and his crew came very highly recommended by all of our neighbors. I found him easy to work with and very receptive to concerns. Our garage floor looks and feels wonderful. Keith is very interested in providing quality service and it's obvious that he is committed to ensuring that his customers are happy. He offered to return if we weren't happy with anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent. Crew was great--- Very hard working, polite, and careful. Owner took time to answer all our questions. The price was higher than I would have liked, but that is just what you have to pay to get this quality epoxy floor. And I was quoted the price prior to the work being done. The floor is beautiful.

Granite Garage Floors, their product, and the service that the owner Keith O'Dell provides is exceptional. In our case, my wife and I were living out of town while awaiting to move to our new home in Wake Forest. While we were away, Keith and his crew did a fantastic job of carefully removing the wood stairs, grinding the floor surface, and applying a nice heavy coat of epoxy and two clear coats. I also asked if the small cement block perimeter around the inside of the garage could be finished … "not a problem" was Keith's response, and indeed the entire job met and exceeded my expectations. Initially, when providing an estimate, Keith came prepared with samples of different finishes … I had decided on a black/grey/white granite-like finish called "Brashed Gray". … Just beautiful! And more important to me is that the epoxy finish appears to be thick and durable with a lifetime warranty. The entire process was conducted in a highly professional manner, and with a very high level of skill and workmanship. I definitely recommend Granite Garage Floors of the RTP area .

Keith O'dell is the owner of Granite Garage Floors (GGF). Very, very customer service driven. Quality of results is outstanding. I have recommended GGF to my friends and neighbors. I scratched my garage floor shortly after it was installed. GGF returned to repair it. Very good company.

Keith and his team were professional, meticulous in the preparation and application of the epoxy foundation as well as the granite chips and top coat. Every detail was attended in advance and customer service was beyond expectations. It is difficult to find this quality of work at any price. If you are looking for this service, look no more!!
