We could not be more pleased! This was one of, if not THE the best experience with a service company we can remember. Price was Very fair, they did more than expected,where on time, where flexible we asked them to add to the job after starting, clean up was thorough,neighbors also hired them. I wasn't home when they did the work, but I was pleased with it when I got home. One tree was adjacent to our aerial cable, phone and power lines. Apparently they clipped the cable line and tried to splice it back together, but given how close the lines were its amazing that was the only one that got caught. Anyway, the cable company didn't charge to fix the line and had it done the next day. They cleaned up well and the price was much better than any of the other companies I contacted. They also took out an overgrown shrub next to one of the pines that I intended to tear out myself for no charge. I plan to call them in the fall when I want to get two more tall pines taken out.

We received an accurate estimate on-site (they are available for Saturday appointments so no need to take off work) and Forrest gave us an estimated date for cutting; they followed up the day before so our dogs could be locked inside. While they were cutting the trees, our neighbor asked for one of his trees to be cut down, too. Forrest cut that additional tree at no extra charge. They were extremely careful of our fence, lawn, garden shed and house. We were very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I called and he met me at the property the next day and was there by the end of the week to get the work done. They were really fast and cleaned up prior to leaving. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

When I called for an estimate, Mr. Steele called back within the day and arranged to come out the next day to look at the work to be done and to provide an estimate. He came out as scheduled; carefully assessed all that had to be done (a huge job) and gave an estimate. We then scheduled the work for the next week. Mr. Steele and his crew arrived when scheduled and proceeded to work diligently for two days cleaning up everything as they went. It was impressive to watch as this team worked together to complete a very tough job. They are professionals in every sense of the word and I have already recommended them to friends. Superb workers with a top-notch work ethic-hard to find these days. The cost was exactly as originally stated.

Forrest Tree Service provided an accurate estimate and then came back several days later to remove the trees. They did it quickly and cleaned up the work site. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job. I will definitely use them again for tree service.

We looked around quite a bit and finally found the best tree service in the area. They were professional, courteous, and extremely hard workers. These guys know what they're doing and get the job done. They left our front yard in much better condition that we would have expected, the "extra clean up" they advertise is no joke. We are going to call them for more work and recommend them to everyone we now.

Forrest returned my call within 24 hours, showed up to provide a bid within days, provided an accurate bid. He and his team arrived to do the work fully equipped and on time, did an outstanding job of removing trees and grinding the stumps out of sight. Very efficient and professional. He also cleaned up some dead branches on an old tree in front of my house (at my request) at no extra charge.

We were very, very pleased with their job. The owner came in quickly after we called -- on a holiday no less -- and gave us an estimate. They came when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently. In the end they even charged us under the original quote. Over the years between ice storms and bug infestations, we have had a number of tree services to our place, by far, this company was the best we have dealt with. Other companies have damaged other trees, utilities, and/or the lawn coming and going -- but not this company. Again, we were very, very pleased.

Great! Very professional and nice. Highly recommend! I added on a couple of larger shrubs as a last minute thought and wasn't charged extra. They also provided proof of insurance.

In one day, the crew removed three large pines (located very close to the house) and a maple. They did a great job completing the work and cleaning up the site. The price was fair and I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

The job proceeded beautifully. They called, as promised, before arriving; arrived on time; worked efficiently and did a great job. They were conscientious and left the site clean.

Excellent service from start to finish. Returned my initial call and provided a free quote within 24 hours. Advance notice of when work crew would arrive was provided as requested. Crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job on both the tree and debris removal. A very tall rotting tree near a fence line was removed with no damage at all to nearby fence, which had been a concern. They had also taken care not to damage my lawn as I had requested. Final price was as quoted.

Great. The owner was cordial and his crew moved quickly to complete the project.

Overall the work was fine, except I think they must have chipped one of my Cedar logs that I had around a flower bed---I never found it beneath the pile of wood chips. Otherwise, clean-up was good. Steve Forrest could use a secretary or else get himself better skills with keeping track of calls, plans, and bills. He had to call me to spell my name to do the bill, then I never got the bill and called him to see what had become of it. It made me wonder if people did NOT pay him, how organized would he be in recovering the money? I liked him and he did a decent job, but he needs to tighten up his organizational skills lest he get cheated. Everyone isn't as nice as I am.

Once a rough time was set up to do the work, he called back early that week to confirm, came when he said he would, and did a great job. I have already given his number out to another friend, and will definitely use him again. Oh, yeah, and he was significantly lower in price than my old tree guy.

I CALLED AND HE WAS HERE THE VERY NEXT DAY. HE DID A WALK AROUND AND GAVE AN IMMEDIATE QUOTE. HE THEN CAME BACK AND DID THE JOB. PART OF THE DEAL WAS THAT HE CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE MESS AND HE DID.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY REMOVED TREES THAT WERE STANDING NEXT TO THE HOUSE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT THEY REMOVED EVERY STICK AND BRANCH FROM THE YARD.
