Janet Breedlove was the best buyers agent I've ever worked with. She's very detail oriented and definitely an advocate for the buyer. She's highly skilled and experienced in working with all parties involved. She also can navigate the new, more complicated process of due diligence, ect. In addition she know's everyone in this area and has very many expert's available for advice. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with her.

We were referred to Shani Bullock through a friend and she is the BEST agent to work for. Shani is with the Croasdaile office. As first time homebuyers, we didn't know anything the process of buying a home or what to look for. Shani talked us through everything to look for and what to avoid as we looked at A LOT of houses in Durham & Creedmoor. When we decided that we were going to build a house we thought everything was fine until the appraisal came back. Shani stuck by our side and was determined to have us in a house that we wanted and deserved. Needless to say, we closed on our home on 7/15 and we couldn't be happier!
