Had hail damage, needed full roof replacement. Had initial difficulty with the insurance company. Didn't initially get great guidance, but ultimately changed insurance adjusters and project changed hands which helped get a second inspection and got full things replaced. Once all the insurance company stuff was handled and the actual work needed done, they were wonderful. Responsive, helpful, professional, efficient. Appreciated the excellent communication and help through a difficult process. Only reason for 4 stars was the initial contact wasn't super helpful in advice/guidance on how to deal with or proceed with the insurance company.

Feazel did a great job with my roofing project. They worked with my insurance company to help navigate that complexity, had great communication, very efficient and quality work at the job site, and really took pride in their work. Next time I need a roof i will definitely use them! Shout out to Amber, Brayan, and Jerry for their efforts in making this possible.

The folks from Feazel (Nick Mixon, Brian Jaeger, and Dustin Johnson, and all of their crews) did outstanding job replacing our roof, gutters and installing gutter guards. They were prompt, took extra care to make sure the job was done right and took extra time to make sure the job site was cleaned up after they finished. We couldn't be happier with the results.
