Explore Tree Service was highly recommended by neighbors who had recent work done. From my first contact by text and email through my appointment with Javier for a quote until the team drove away, every experience inspired confidence in the company’s high quality service. The situation was complicated by a number of factors both in the physical nature of the job and with tricky legal issues. Javier navigated it all with ease and confidence in his and his team’s ability to handle all aspects to everyone’s satisfaction. I sent the request late Friday. Javier emailed me immediately to make an appointment for Monday. The quote came a few hours later and the job was scheduled and completed on Thursday. The targeted tree was in a small space between 2 houses and had a tall, wide canopy over roofs, entwined in nearby trees and bushes and had large, branching roots pushing a fence and growing under a driveway, landscape bushes and house foundation. The team needed to remove part of the fence and be cautious of houses, roofs, bushes, trees and the driveway. They carefully and quickly assessed, sequenced and completed the work, functioning like a well-oiled machine. Javier was in constant contact about what I wanted given the circumstances they encountered as they worked. He operated the Bobcat extractor with surgical precision as he exposed and removed the large, damaging roots. Javier and the team were professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable about all aspects of the work, efficient and performed high quality work with attention to detail. They left the area clean, restored (including repairing the fence better than original), and as it was prior to the removal, as much as possible. Also, the team members were all extremely pleasant and well mannered. I am so grateful for having a difficult situation resolved and my property restored quickly and efficiently by a company dedicated to operating according to the highest standards.

I needed to have fifteen(15) tall pine trees behind my house cut down as I was beginning to fear that with the next strong wind they could fall on the house. Javier was recommended by a friend as he had done work for her as well as a neighbor . His company, Explore Tree Service, was the 3rd company that I received an estimate from. I chose him for the job as he was very pleasant to talk with, knowledgeable (showed a few of the trees that had been struck by lightning), he answered my questions without hesitation and his price was affordable for not only cutting down the trees, but grinding the stumps as well. I was very concerned about the powerlines that runs through my property but Javier reassured me that there would be no problem and there wasnt. They completed the work in 2 1/2 days. Javier did an excellent job trimming the tree in front of the house. He cut just enough for the tree to keep growing in the future. He is knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure to clean up and remove debris from the front lawn after he finished trimming the tree.
