It went fantastically. I was not here when Leonardis arrived but my neighbor let them in to the house. Leonardis came within the fast timeline that I requested and he got in touch with me even when my home phone was not working. He did not give up. We talked about what my priorities were for the 8 hours and he completely understood my intent. When I asked my neighbor what she thought about them she said they were very very professional. I was impressed with how well they had prepped the area that they were going to be painting. I had just had the carpets cleaned and they had them all covered and protected. Leonardis and his assistant worked non stop and got all the work done to a standard above and beyond my expectations. They got me a patch from my guest room and told me what to get at sherwin Williams so I could getas close a match as possible. He repaired my wall and and you cannot even tell where the repair was made. My sons room looks perfect and it had more holes in the wall then you could imagine. They worked longer than required and got everything done and I even had a showing while they were painting. The buyer looking at the house was impressed enough by the painters to mention them in the realtor review. I as so please with all the work that was done that I know I will be calling exceptional painting and using them to paint in my new house. I have had several painters in the last two years at my home and they were by far the best. I cannot say it enough. They were fantastic!!!!! I had folks come back for a second look at my house and they specifically noticed how fantastic the painting looked. Call Leonardis if you want your house to look beautiful!!!!

Leondras Owens is a consummate professional. He was on time the day of his quote. He communicated with us promptly regarding our questions, etc. We have a garage that had numerous bad spots on the walls from bangs over the years, including spots where we tore out shelves. His crew of three worked 6 hours patching and prepping our walls. They came back the next day and did a great job painting. He even offered to come back and repaint if our flooring people damaged the walls. We would definitely recommend his company.

We have used Exceptional Painting four separate times now (on two different homes) and they have done a tremendous job each time. They?ve painted walls and trim, repaired ceiling damage, painted cabinets and sealed a deck. Mr. Owens knows his business and takes great pride in his work. It shows - not only in the finished results, but at every step along the way. His staff are courteous and take care with each aspect of the job, and Mr. Owens is extremely responsive to questions and changes to scope. His prices are very reasonable and he uses top quality materials. What really blows us away is the prep work. The crew spends days protecting the floors and furniture, masking off trim and hardware, and patching every little imperfection. This attention to detail makes for a beautiful finish. We find Mr. Owens to be trustworthy and hard-working, with a strong work ethic and obvious commitment to his family and business. We wholeheartedly recommend Exceptional Painting!

Mr. Leondras Owens was professional and a delight to work with. He gave us a detailed estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manner. The preparation and protection of our interiors was impressive. The crew was hard working, respectful, efficient, and very detail oriented. Everything was cleaned up when the work was completed. We were so pleased with the entire process we are scheduling more work to be done by Exceptional Painting.

Exceptional Painting was truly exceptional in all aspects, but very especially in the estimation of the work that needed to be done, preparation of the work areas, and the protection of flooring and furniture as well as hardware. A written estimate was provided by email in a timely fashion, and dates proposed for initiating the project. All areas and hardware were masked off that were not to be painted, floors were covered with brown paper and masking tape, areas requiring dry wall, plastering and sanding were partitioned off with plastic coverings. They worked quietly, steadily and professionally, arriving on time daily, and working throughout the workday. When they discovered areas that required repair but had not been discovered until the job has started, they pointed those out, and promptly provided a written update to the estimate. When completing each area, the paintings, window treatments and other decorative items that had been removed were restored to their original locations. Masking tape and equipment was removed, and surfaces dusted and swept. It was a pleasure working with the owner-operator, Mr. Leondras Owens, and his crew. We certainly plan to use him in the future for our household painting needs.

We recently purchased a house, and the interior needed to be painted. Our realtor recommended Exceptional Painting. So, we received a quote from Leondras of Exceptional Painting and several other painting contractors. The quote from Leondras was by far the best value for the money. Leondras gave us a detailed schedule of what work he would do and when, and then he followed the plan exactly. There were no surprises. The crew was prompt and efficient, and they were very careful to protect our furniture and floors from any paint spills. Leondras provided us with excellent customer service, and it was evident that he wanted to please his customers. Because of his eye for detail, Leondras made sure that the work was done perfectly. We had other projects going on in the house, but the painting went the smoothest. We just turned it over to Exceptional Painting and had no worries, complaints or problems.

The owner, Leondras Owens, was really great to work with. He offers preliminary estimates over email, which makes the process of shopping around much quicker. He came out to visit the property promptly, and scheduling was easy. Mr. Owens communicates primarily by SMS text, which is understandable for someone whose job keeps him on the go, but might not be what customers are expecting. I'd happily trade a speedy reply for a more formal one, though, so this worked for me. The crew did excellent work, and left our home so clean there was nothing for me to do the day before we moved in. Overall high marks for the work, and ease of working with Exceptional Painting. A few months out, what makes this business truly exceptional is Mr. Owens's ongoing responsiveness and helpfulness. Mr. Owens did a final walk through, and we noticed a "holiday" (wonderful term for a roller mark) on a vaulted ceiling; the crew fixed it the next day. Our home is about 40 years old, and as the cold weather has set in and the house has settled a bit, some cracks have appeared at the tops of some walls. Even though this is not where the work was done, Mr. Owens has come out to caulk these cracks. He obviously takes pride in his work. We are very glad to have found him and his company, and will be calling him again for any painting or drywall work we may need.

The service went great. They did a good job. They were very neat and courteous. They took care of everything.

Definitely a rush job. Left paint drippings all over bathtub, and actually ruined our photographer's stool by dripping paint all over it. We actually had to repaint multiple areas.Would not recommend this service to anyone

No cost to service because I never received a final estimate. This was the first company I contacted for an estimate and the last company to return my call. Took a week. I'd already received estimates from two other companies by then. Provider was professional on day, arrived on time, provided proof of insurance and references without my having to ask, and when he left he said I'd hear from him within 48 hours with an estimate, either by email or by phone. I was impressed with the references and with his professional demeanor. But that was the last I ever heard from him. Never received an estimate. Slow to nonexistent responsiveness. Clearly this company is not interested in courting my business.

They did a very thorough job. Made great attention to detail. The owner took the time to explain what was going to happen to me. I really appreciated the work that they did for me. I was impressed with their knowledge and skill in the area. I never knew so much was involved in a painting job.
