Exceptional Painting

Work went great. Amazing attention to cleanliness and protection of home assets. Very organized work crew did not waste time, very effective. If your work exceeds the scope of the offer, the completion rates are reasonable and fair. Quality of the work is A++. Would use again. Completely satisfied.

We hired Exceptional Painting to paint walls in our main floor, master bedroom, and bathrooms and baseboards, crown moldings, and trim throughout our main floor and upper level. We were absolutely thrilled with Leondras and his team. Their customer service and caliber of the work was truly exceptional from start to finish. After a late start on the first day due to some extended time required on the job before ours, Leondras made it up to us by putting in extra effort to repair several areas of our walls that had experienced significant damage to the very old dry wall. Then, I decided I didn't like the color in the master bedroom and Leondras redid it for only a small additional fee, even consulting with my husband on the color because I was out of town. (I love what they selected!) Then, we asked him to paint some additional trim that we had thought was already white, but Leondras noticed was not. Despite all of this, Leondras still finished the job on time, working several long days and coming on a Sunday with his family to complete it. Perhaps more important than their prompt service, Leondras and his team were kind, respectful, and honest. We entrusted them with a key to our home and they came and went the entire week as they needed, and we could not have felt more comfortable. Leondras' team often includes his two sons, Caleb and Brandon, who are also a pleasure to be around. Leondras and his team took impeccable care of our furniture and floors as he was painting, and put everything back exactly where it was. And finally, the finished product is beautiful and of the highest quality. I am a perfectionist, and I would have noticed any blemishes in the walls or trim, but everything is truly perfect. Leondras is detail-oriented and meticulous to an extent that I do not think anyone could have done a more perfect job. We could not be happier with our experience with Exceptional Painting, and we would not hesitate to hire them again!

They did a really good job! I thought they were very professional. They really tried to work as fast as they could to get as much done as they could. I was very pleased with them! I gave my neighbor their information. I thought they were timely & reasonably priced.

He did outstanding job. Very professional, came right on time finished when stated. Explained process, and made suggestions regarding paint when I asked. Taped all the trim. No splatters no drips - just perfect.Cleaned up and swept room when finished, Never have I had a more professional painter do work for us.

Mr. Owens and his crew did a great job. They were were professional and friendly and were in and out quickly. Our bedroom looks great.

Before we contacted them, we looked at refacing, and other alternatives. Then we heard of Exceptional Painting and their ability to do this specialty painting. We contacted them, and they responded to us in a timely manor. We where quoted the above price to do a decent size kitchen, and they exceeded our expectations. Leondras was on top of everything, and made sure we where satisfied. Its a rarety to find someone with his excellent customer service! I highly recommend his company!

We had a little trouble scheduling at first, but overall very professional - team did an excellent job for a very good price. Definitely calling them back to paint an additional bedroom Highly recommend!

Great! Leondras was very timely in scheduling an appointment to come out and the work that he did was top-notch. He was professional, thorough and clean. When they were done, you would have never known painters had been in the house. Everything was clean. I can highly recommend Exceptional Painting and will use their services again.

Painter started out telling me all that he would NOT do for 99$ deal. I checked deal ad and pointed out what it did include. He finally agreed to come out, but there was a lot of phone tag and "reasons" not to come. He did the job in about 1/2 hour with parting words that he did it only because he sensed I was desperate. I believe he resisted because it was in th attic. He did want to come early to beat the heat, nor did he want come out for such a small job. He complained about the staircase and all the trouble it was to fulfill the offer. Work was ok. Attitude revealed he thought he was doing me a favor. Probably won't use again

Leondras and his crew arrived and got right to work. We were impressed by how quickly they were able to finish the job and our living room looks great.

Leondras and his son, Branden came - drop cloths down, blinds and bed had plastic over to protect, trim taped...the previous painter had paint edges that went up to the crown molding and if Leondras had painted a totally straight line the darker color would have shown, so he showed me the areas and hand detailed around the crown molding. Did an EXCELLENT job...and in addition to the quality of his work, I overheard him talking to his son about his spiritual journey. The son (Branden) was extremely respectful, is in the Air Force Reserves and attends college. Its a great package deal...(and I am not just talking about $). Integrity AND quality. Fabulous!

Leondras responded to my inquiry promptly. He and his team did a wonderful job painting three rooms in my house! They worked efficiently and cleanly. When they left, you couldn't tell they had ever been there! Leondras even went above and beyond the job we had agreed upon in order to make the rooms beautiful. I appreciated his work and will definitely be hiring Exceptional Painting again!

Exceptional Painting lives up to its name, they were truly exceptional. They were prompt, efficient,clean and extremely pleasant. I was so impressed that I had my bathroom painted too. Additionally this fall I plan to use them to paint my living room. The job they did was supurb and far exceeded my expectations.

Went great. Was prompt in responding and scheduling the work, and was completed within a few days of original order. Did excellent work. Leondras (owner/operator) was exceptionally professional and courteous, and he and his team did excellent work, consistently asking if we were pleased and, if not, soliciting feedback on what needed to be addressed. They did great work and were exceptionally responsive.

We worked out a deal where they would come back out and paint the drywall but they never came. I did pay in addition to the deal. They did a great job on the work as far as covering what I've had in my kitchen. They did a good job of making it look good. It was fine. They should come back when they say they're going to come back.

They did a very good job and were very professional. were going to get them to do another room but they mustt have been too busy with people who bought the special!

We are in the process of putting our house up for sale, and we hired Leondras from the Angie's List deal. The team is amazing. They work very quickly, professionally, and their work is excellent. We immediately hired Leondras for work beyond just painting, including repair of bad drywall/ceiling taping and a previously botched job on our cabinets. Concerning the ceiling - our 25 year old popcorn ceiling in our vaulted main room was in terrible need of repair. The ceiling was discolored, and the taping was peeling. This was a job I was sure would cost thousands of dollars. Leondras and his team repaired it (and my bathroom ceiling) in 7 hours. This included the building of the scaffolding, the prep and clean-up. And the cost was beyond reasonable. A real deal. And I need to note that the team did this work on a Saturday, to accommodate our tight timeline to get our house on the market. Leondras accommodated our tight schedule while keeping to his previous commitments to other clients. My ceiling looks fantastic. We only wish we had done it sooner so we can enjoy it more before we move. I will never go with another team other than Leondras's team. Barbara, Nate, Josh and Leondras should be your only choice in painters.

They just painted and they weren't very good. I had to run out and get paint in the middle of the job and they could have told me they needed it more before they finished and I would have had it done.

They did an excellent job and even added a couple of things like extra caulking.
