Description of Work: I purchased the promotion for 8 hours of paining by Exceptional Painting. I called 5 to 6 times to schedule the service. I was told they would call me back - no calls back. Finally I spoke with a woman who said they were swamped due to the promotion. I told her, "not my problem, I want a refund". No refund was processed. I told her that if I got a refund, I would not give a bad review. No refund. I went to my credit card bank for help and they opened an investigation without resolution thus far. STAY AWAY!!!!!! If I do get the refund (even 2 months later) I will write a rebuttal review but I'm not holding my breath. Out 200 bucks!

We were training someone new; and this was our first time running a promotion of this magnitude with Angies List. She did tell me that you would not write a bad review if you received your refund. I called Angies list myself to find out what the protocol was for you to receive a refund. We told you what they told me; for you to call in and request a refund. You purchased it thru angies list, so they will have to refund you. On my Angies list site, we show that you were refunded. I m so sorry again for your experience with us. I will personally send you a cashiers check this week for 200.00 plus 50.00 for your troubles you have encountered. I hope that I will have the opportunity in the future to serve you personally. I will notify Angies list and deal with them on the 200.00.
