Mr. Evans and his team were upfront with their pricing, what I should expect during and after the exterior painting and were accessible via phone and email. The power washing team carefully removed my front port cha-cha so they could do a more detailed job - thanks. We were unsure of the stain we should apply on our front porch concrete and our wooden stairs, Mr. Evans provided suggestions. We defaulted to his opinion - we've received multiple compliments from our family and neighbors. We had four estimates, the others were very polite but the Evans team delivered. Evans Painting did an excellent job of removing the popcorn ceilings throughout our home in Raleigh, and beautifully refinished each ceiling to smooth, brand new perfection. They even painted the ceiling fans to give it a lovely, clean, uniform look. They were professional and protected our home during this process; treating us considerately and kindly in every way.

We had a little difficulty establishing an agreement and timeframe for work to be performed. But, once Mr. Evans's team started the performance was exceptional. In addition to removing popcorn texture, he replaced ceilings in two rooms, resealed weatherproofing along the fireplace chimney, painted and cleaned up. His work was well prepared and thorough leaving a minimum to do re. plaster dust. I highly recommend his business. He was on site at the end of every day to check work quality and brief me on the status. He was on site the final day to walk through the work with me and reach agreement on status of completion.

Mr. Evans is very knowledgeable about the work his group did. The paint job was good, as were house repairs for bad wood, rotting soffit boards. However, the painters did not put cloth or some kind of cover down over my brick window sills, brick edging on front porch, front steps, brick wall around carport. As a result I have white paint spots all over the brick. I am currently scraping it off with a nail head. Very tedious. Not all comes off.

The first two estimates I was given, as to when the work would get done, were not accurate, but once they got out there, the worker was friendly, did an excellent job, and did it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I hired Evans Painting Company to paint our masonite home in Woodcroft and repair dry rot on our trim and screened in porch. The project was top notch from initial inquiry through delivery. Mr. Evans is very customer service focused and was able to start the project quickly. His carpenters and painters are very detail focused and are focused on doing the job right. All the guys on the project were very nice and respectful. Mr. Evans also came by several times throughout the project and was available. I would use Evans Painting again for future projects.

During the popcorn removal I had 2 unrelated issues pop up. Mr. Evans was able to make the repairs that day.
