Great job! Mr. Evans came by himself several times to inspect the work while it was ongoing as well as after. The crew was there all day for the days they worked. Carpenter was there to handle all repairs. Left the property in better shape than than it was when they came. Can't say enough great things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Hired them for interior and exterior painting for a house I am flipping. Job required extensive drywall repairs and some exterior trim repair prior to,painting entire house. They did a great job and completed everything on schedule. Would definitely hire again.

We needed to complete several repairs to our home to pass FHA Refinance inspection. I initially contacted Donald Evans of Evans Paint as one of three candidates for the exterior paint and trim repair. One flaked out, two came and placed bids. Even though Evans Paint was higher (initially by $300.00) I felt that his team would provide faster and overall better results. From the very beginning I expressed a sense of urgency to the owner due to a fast approaching deadline with the Refi. Almost immediately after selecting Evans Paint, the foot dragging began. A major mechanical contractor was able to complete their portion of the household repairs within four days. Evans Paint took that long just to begin work. After power-washing the exterior, we discovered a few additional areas that needed work. I renegotiated a new price (increase by more than $400.00) and again asked that his crew pay special attention to ALL details. I expected and was counting on their expertise in their field to guide us to a success. Once on job site, their attention to detail was less than expected. A number of clearly visible "missed spots" were completely overlooked. Even though the team members were personable and friendly, they seemed less than interested in doing a good job. Eventually Mr. Evans let me know that he was "going on vacation", leaving only the vague mention that he would "let someone know to get in touch with me." Eventually the job was "done", but a quick walk-around showed far too many missed spots. A third return visit would have been necessary. Mr. Evans was not available and did not return my messages until a day AFTER we had done the final work ourselves. Overall I was not impressed. From the work trash left in our front yard at the end of the first day, to the general "can't wait to get outta here" work ethic shown by his crew, their professionalism was below par. Our agreement called for them to get paid AFTER completion of the Refi. But that should have made them MORE anxious to do well. Instead they seemed totally unconcerned and very much less than enthusiastic about doing the best job possible. I would not recommend this company.

Donald Evans and his team did a fantastic job. Very happy with the quality and skills of these guys. Would recommend them and will hire them again. A great group of workers, very friendly and professional. They were on time and completed the project when they said. We went with Donald's recommendations and are very pleased with the final look. GREAT JOB!

Donald Evans and his team did an excellent job of painting several rooms for me. Have had several friends tell me what a nice job they did. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Donald Evans and his team are the most professional, understanding, and friendliest to work with. I trust his recommendations completely (learning myself the hard way... don���t buy your own paint!!!). Donald is very thorough coming on site inspecting the project during progression with his team and making corrections. They all went above and beyond to do a most excellent job. My wife and I are exceedingly satisfied with the all work they have done. I still have a more rooms to paint on the first and second floors, and Donald has already earned my upcoming business. More importantly his pricing is very competitive if not thumps the area market.

Donald's team did a wonderful job at a very fair price. They did quality work and were right on schedule. The team cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. The team also took pride in their work and were eager for me to walk the house and make sure everything was as I expected. I will certainly use them again when I have work for them in the future.

Mr. Evans quick response knowledge and professionalism is by far the best in the business. If you need anything done in your home without worry call Mr. Evans. Do to the lack of space to write all the great things, I will simply say if you want to talk with me about what was done he has my number I will be glad to talk to you.

We needed a door frame with trim repaired/replaced. Donald was very professional and courteous. His carpenter came out initially and did a good job with the wood work, but his caulking job left something to be desired. We expressed our concern with Donald and he personally came out the next day to ensure the job was completed to a high standard and that we were satisfied without charging us extra. We would use him again in a pinch.

We had an excellent experience for removing popcorn ceilings and painting two rooms. Donald Evans responsiveness was amazing and his crew did a great job. Will hire again when needed.

After hiring another person to do the job of fixing my ceilings I was very much in dis pare. I was out a portion of the money I had allocated to fixing my house. I thought I was going to have to live in a construction zone and that honestly zapped any holiday spirit I had. Donald Evens came out to price the job on 12/4 and on 12/8 it was done. He brought in a large crew who were polite, clean, and worked very hard to get the job done in one day. My ceilings are beautiful and makes the house feel warm. I would hire them again! Good price good service great results!

Professional and personable with very reasonable fees. Donald Evans and his crew provided excellent service and work. In the two weeks before Thanksgiving, we discovered damp rot in the dining room wall of the older house we had just purchased. Within a few days the Evans team replaced rotten studs and beautifully repaired drywall--then shortly after they completed a new roof for us, so our home is ready for the holiday gathering. A low estimate, high quality materials, extremely fast, responsive to missed things (there are always missed things), professional crew worked well together, good cleanup. Nothing is perfect in this world so I'll give them 99.5%. Time will tell but it the day after it looks like the best paint job I ever bought. I could do better in the details if I did it myself but it would have taken 20 times as long. I completely recommend them & look forward to hiring them again.

He responded quickly. His estimate did not change,his crew was very professional.they did a great job cleaning up. Three rooms three totally different colors, they all look great!!! I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely hire again.

My project was actually inside painting AND outside painting and I awarded Evans Paint both bids. He is honest, very personable, and I really felt his crew that did work went the extra mile. There were a couple of items they painted that I really hadn't thought about outside. I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked and reviewed after they had finished and found these xtras had been done. They did everything to my satisfaction. I will definitely being hiring them again.
