I called in mid-December and explained my problem to Rob and sent photos. He said he'd get in touch after the holidays. By Jan 7th I hadn't heard from him, so texted. He said he'd come by Thursday that week. When I asked what time, I got no response. Thursday came and went and Rob never showed. After my last text to him at 6PM that night he texted "my car was in the shop" To make a long story short, he eventually came by to take a look at the job and said he'd get me an estimate early the next week. I'd gotten nothing by the end of the week and when I texted him he said "had the flu since Monday, I'll get you an estimate first thing next week". That was Jan 25th. He never got back in touch, nor did the company.
Description of Work: They'd installed gutters and downspouts when house was built and one was overflowing where it met the ground extension that led to a pop-up.
