Dirt Doctors Cleaning Service

Terrible. This company half cleaned my home and when i expressed concerns to company found out that the owner was there cleaning my home and because of that felt she did a quality job but when i provided pictures with TIMESTAMPS on how she left my home she immediately told me what she wasn’t going to do about sending another person to finish the half job they left. My personal cleaning equipment was used and not even asked to be used and were actually being used improperly (vacuuming my hardwood floors/beating vacuum against the wall). Trash was left in dust pans. Cleaning equipment that the company used of mine were not put away where they found them. Company was unprepared for the job completely by not using own supplies. It was a move out clean so you shouldn’t be expecting cleaning equipment or supplies to be in home. Poor customer service dealing with the owner after bad experience and cleaning service. Would not recommend wasting money. False advertisement they do not provide services they display on website they pick and choose what they want to clean in each room. In pictures they chose not to vacuum ANY floor, baseboards still dusty, window ledges not wiped off, laundry room untouched (literally a fabric sheet on the floor) which mean you didn’t sweep/mop) I HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES of terrible job unfortunately can’t post them all.. These are screenshots because i wanted the company to see the time photos were taken and time when they left home. Our home was serviced Monday July 30, 2018.

It went fine and they did a nice job. My house looks very clean after the pressure-washing.

They were terrible. They broke stuff, they left my flor dirty and they claimed they couldn’t get stuff of a blinder and I got it to come off. They were way overpriced.

The work was never done as I was waiting for new windows to be installed to use the cleaning service. However, since I have purchased the Deal I have had other priorities arise. I did speak to her and communicated with her through email.

They were 15 minutes late but made up for that time. The team of two was able to complete the priority list in the agreed upon time limit. They asked questions when necessary; did not use products on materials they were not sure of.

Focused on 2 rooms that needed deep cleaning. Expected 2 people for 3 hours but 6 people arrived and worked a bit over an hour. Too many to communicate with and supervise. Job completed but would have preferred 2 people. Would consider using again with clearer expectations. All were very pleasant.

They did a horrible job cleaning. Would not use again nor recommend to anyone. Floors were streaked and whole areas were left dirty- did not even clean hardwood under bed or couch.

Prompt with call back. Up front with price for additional rooms. Professional and thorough. Will use again.

I have to say I was very disappointed, and will not use this service again. The ad said that this was DEEP cleaning --- that they would reach all visible surfaces, get the cobwebs out of corners, really do that hard, deep scrubbing that a routine house cleaning doesn't do. When I called to schedule, they said that they can't always do a full deep cleaning of a whole house in 6 hours, so I should leave a list of priorities -- things to do first. So, I left a list of what I wanted done, in general priority order, including cleaning the inside of the fridge and oven, then rooms in priority order. What I found was that they did a "light" clean of only the things explicitly called out on the list, then left early. The did clean the inside of the fridge, but not the freezer (they are side-by-side), which I figured would be included. They did clean the oven, but required I provide disposable rags (good thing I was home) and didn't do a great job. But the real bummer was that then they only lightly surface cleaned the rooms. There was NO deep cleaning -- in fact it was less thorough that my usual cleaners. Light vacuuming (even though I'd just vacuumed) with absolutely no attention to the edges and corners, and straightening of papers on my desk (even though I said to leave them alone) and remaking my bed (even though I said to leave it alone). When the cleaners left, there where still cobwebs in the corners, the baseboards were dirty, backslashes dirty. Outsides of appliances weren't cleaned. And I know they didn't run out of time, because I came home just as they were leaving 15 minutes early, saying they had finished everything! There were three of them, so that's 45 minutes that wasn't spent cleaning even though none of the "deep stuff" except the fridge and oven had been done. If I had just wanted light sweeping, vacuuming, and straightening, I would have had regular cleaners come in. I had to spend hours after they left doing a deeper clean on all the rooms. It's like they took the list, did a bare minimum job on just the things explicitly listed, and then left. To be fair, I have to give them credit that they did do a couple of non-standard things I asked for: washing the outside of a couple first floor windows, and hosing off the porch. But, they didn't do a very good job of either, leaving streak marks on the windows and large patched of pollen missed from the porch. I had to redo those, too. All in all, I feel like I paid $165 to have half the inside of my fridge cleaned, my oven cleaned moderately well, and a light sprucing up of some of the other rooms in my house. Perhaps my expectations were off -- but I had my house pretty clean at a surface level, and I did not want it "straightened up" I wanted it deep cleaned. Also to be fair, they did call and email me afterwards to ask for feedback, but I was traveling and did not have time to give it to them (esp. after having had to spend hours doing the actual deep cleaning myself, since I would soon be showing the house).

They did a pretty good job. Everything that was expected was completed.

The service has been very good. They were really to work with and they were punctual as well.

They were good. They showed up on time and did some extra stuff that we hadn't really talked about. I had some wood lawn furniture and they cleaned that all up. They were in and out of there in no time. Everything was done really well and they had good pricing. It was a little cheaper than other places that I checked out. They did a great job.

Three ladies came and cleaned for three and a half hours. They were diligent, hardworking, and thorough, and they left our house cleaner than it had been in years. The owner of the company was there to make sure everything went well. Once my budget allows, I will be using Dirt Doctors for regular maintenance cleaning!

They arrived on time, and got the work done quickly. They did a great job!
