+ -1 moreI searched the internet for businesses providing both key-less door entry and security systems. I compared prices for each. Davenport Customs' installation for both the key-less entry for a 4-door sedan and alarm system together was priced almost half of what it cost for just one of the systems only at other merchants. Angela is definitely an asset to the business with her great customer service and smile.

+ -1 moreThey were great! I got an appointment and they installed with no fuss. The technician took the time to explain the setup and operation to me. The owner also gave me a $20 credit because they felt it was taking too long!
Description of Work: I bought a new car stereo and had Davenport Customs install it for me. It was a complicated install with Bluetooth controls, satellite radio and steering wheel controls to account for.

+ -1 moreAngela was most helpful in explaining the acceptable tint shades for North Carolina over the phone then scheduling an appointment. The office was quite busy while I was there but still my questions were answered the work was done in a timely fashion and directions for after care were explained. the work is guaranteed. the staff is knowledgeable and professional. I will go back there if I decide to tint the windows on my new car.

My car required a part for an additional price which was clearly explained to me on 2 occasions. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Important instructions for the device were also explained upon completion and I've had no issues thus far.
