Custom Stone

Overall, I was pleased. We had some strong hard water deposit stains on dark granite. They were able to remove most of the residue and bring back most of the shine. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Custom stone was very professional and we had multiple interactions with them given the number of surfaces they managed. We were not happy with the fill color of a couple of imperfections in the island and they corrected it to our satisfaction. We also had issues with our bathroom counter surface and bathroom floor surface (we are VERY picky and made a bad bathroom counter surface choice) and they worked with us to understand and meet our needs. We LOVE all of the work that they completed and we will be repeat customers. The cost quoted above is not exact as they did their work for us in the context of a contractor's service.

Excellent craftsmenship. The person handling the measuring and ordering was difficult. Also, there were some problems and she made it even more difficult getting them resolved. The stonework was great though and the workers were very professional, clean and prompt. The only complaint I have is the office worker who takes the order and deals with customers.

Some small problems with initial measurements, but nothing seriously amiss. Final installation was very good.

They were very thorough. They did a really good job. We could not ask for anything better. Everybody we talked to from this company was nice. We were really happy with them. The fire place looks great now. Paul was great. He kept in touch with me and called me to make sure that everything was going great. Two guys who came to do the measurements were really concerned if we were pleased. I wish to do some more things with them. The guys who did the work were very professional. It was nice that we did not have to pay as much as we thought we might. Paul also gave me some good references for other work.
