+ -1 moreCT Wilson performed all work in a professional manner; including having a senior supervisor present while all work was in progress. They met with the Church committee members before the start of work to thoroughly review the work and ensure they could meet our expectations. They exceeded our expectations; completing the project on time and within our budget. There were no change orders required due to their efficiency and willingness to review all work deviations with the committee members.
Description of Work: CT Wilson is a General Contractor that was engaged by the Parkwood Baptist Church to perform an exterior renovation to the front entry of the Church. The Scope of Work included side walk replacements, construction of an ADA ramp, expansion of the 20' x20' front porch area and construction of two medium sized brick flower boxes at the edges of the porch. Painting and marking of the parking lot for handicap parking spaces was included.
