They were great. They came on time and did what needed to be done. They didn't try to push extra services on me. They are very dependable and I will continue using them in the future.

I thought they did a good job and would use them again in the future.

They are equipped and prepared to deal with any kind of a situation. I think the price was a little high, but the quality was great. I will use them again in the future.

The office staff was excellent. Shame the technician on site wasn't of equal caliber. We found the cost extremely high relative to the service performed. In addition they advertised they would repair a chimney. Ours had a half dollar size hole made by a woodpecker. They offered to apply caulking to the hole which although not ideal was acceptable until I could arrange a proper repair. Certainly not what I had expected when I saw their ad indicating chimney repair. In any case the outcome took on the appearance of a wad of chewing gum stuck into the hole. No attempt to smooth the caulking to at least blend with the surrounding area. Just a blob of caulking stuck into the hole. And their was a cost, see below, on top of their other charges. Our invoice was:Service Call Out Fee $179 (mandatorycall out fee, but included superfical walk around house to detect potential problems) Flasher to scare Woodpecker $45 Caulking $15 Total $239 All in all quite sloppy work at a high cost.

I've used Critter Control a couple of times to remove flying squirrels from my attic. Now they've set a trap for regular squirrels. They are prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

My termite people found animal droppings underneath my house and some of my insulation has been torn down. They said there was a possum underneath there and there holes in my deck where they had gotten in. I called them and they came to and looked underneath the house. There was rats and mice in there because of all the droppings. They put an animal trap there to get the possum to come and get trapped. They put it in the far side of the house, not where the possum comes in. I was supposed to go and check it every day. They put something in there, some food, so I had to check if it came. I kept telling them it was on the other side of the house and my animals smell him under the kitchen area. He said he did it like that because it'd be easier for you to come look at it. Nothing happened. They told me it was 800 dollars to put the lining up and then to build places around and to repair the hole in the wall and put wood around the deck so they cannot get around there. I remember thinking it was ridiculous so I got my son in law to do it. He's a commercial builder so he came and fixed the hole underneath the deck and the foundation. He hung up some of the lining or whatever you want to call it and he charges 190 dollars, 80 for materials. I don't know whether there is anything getting underneath now but he covered the vents with some aluminum. I did like the fact that they didn't put the cage or the trap where the animal was to begin with and it was my responsibility to go out there and I had to pay 116 dollars. I would never use them again and their price was through the ceiling.

They came out and got it and took it away. I called yesterday and went with Critter Control because I was satisfied with them. They gave me an appointment for today at 1. I described the situation of the location of the opossum. The man I talked to said that we have someone that will be able to get to it, he was not in any doubt. They called ahead to make sure I was home. He was actually a little bit early. Justin was very calm and pleasant and just got it out and it was over. I used my Angie's List coupon for a 10% discount and I felt that they were reasonable on the work charge, especially for what he had to do. When I called the office today to say I found the coupon, I talked to Mona and she was very quick and accommodating and had no problem honoring the discount. It was all very professional. I thought the price was very fair. The young man who came out was just as nice as can be. They walked around the house and pointed out places on the foundation that could use repairs. We talked about the problems of ventilating under the house due to the crawl space. He gave me good advice and options that I thought were helpful. I am very happy with it.

I had e-mailed them and they said they would come by. However, there was never an appropriate time. It was more of an issue with me for not letting them come out. They were professional. They had contacted me a couple of times. I just could not get my schedule aligned with their availability. I did not get the estimate because they had said that they had to come out in order to give me one. I would recommend them to others. You can definitely give them a shot. I will consider them in the future.

I selected Critter Control after reviewing various options on Angie's List. The customer service operator was polite and answered all questions efficiently. She made the appointment for the specialist to come on the 14th to remove the squirrel that had come down our chimney and was running around the living room and then the upstairs bedrooms. Travis removed the squirrel and assured us that there were no signs of any additional creatures in our home. The following day he installed the screen covers over our two chimneys. He informed us that we might want to cover our vents at some point in the future to protect against bats, etc. However, there is no sign of them in our house so we will deffer that precaution. Travis was very thorough in his inspections and answered all questions fully to our satisfaction. His invoice was exactly the same as the estimate.

A raccoon family had taken up residence in the walls of my house. Bob, the owner, was great on the phone, explaining the process thoroughly. A technician quickly set traps to catch the raccoons. He came by and checked the traps regularly, and took away the raccoons that had been caught. The best part was that he carefully sealed up a poorly fitting basement door which had been the point of entry. No more raccoons!

He was a nice guy and he caught the squirrel.

We saw damage to the insulation in our crawlspace, I called Critter Control and described the problem. The operator said it sounded like damage from a possum. They set up an appt to arrive the next morning and inspect the crawlspace and set a trap. Travis arrived at the set time, inspected the area, found the possum without setting a trap and took the animal away. He also set a trap to catch a potential mate and returned early the next day to see if another animal was caught. Travis located where the animal had burrowed into the crawlspace, and sealed it up with wire and mud. We have since determined that only 1 animal was living in the crawlspace and Critter Control has been notified to come and retrieve their trap. They were thorough, professional and prompt. We would definitely use them again if the need ever arose.

They were able to trap and remove the squirrel, and repaired the damage they did as well. They put screen work over the lattices to prevent bats from getting in. The price included the initial assessment, the trapping, the repair, as well as the preventive work they did. I would absolutely use them again.

They are absolutely fantastic. They come on time. They have done a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody. As best as I can tell, the prices seem to be reasonable, given what they have to do.

The crew did an excellent job of closing up the house, despite cold temperatures and steep roof angles. They worked very hard to make sure the job was done right the first time. They were very professional and friendly.
