Description of Work: I called at 0930 and they came the same day at 1330 to remove a bat from the exterior of a louvered vent. Also inspected other attic areas including one that required climbing through a small scuttle in my closet in order to reach the very voluminous space above the BR and bath. They recommended placing heavy guage screen over the exterior louvered vents so bats could not get into the underneath part of the louver. They inspected other areas as well. My roof is very high--about 25 feet or so and steeply pitched with 3 separate gables. All together I had 5 very large louvered vents screened for $430 + $99 service call for the inspection and to remove the bat.
