The only factor that threw me off was the fact that the initial quote was so much higher than what I paid, but they agreed to match the competitor's quote. I am happy I went with their services and will definitely use them in the future!

Description of Work: Full termite treatment around the perimeter of the house plus treatment of a wall area that had active termites (included drilling into drywall and into the concrete patio outside to inject termiticide). | |All went well. When I first called on the 21st, we were planning to be out of town beginning the afternoon of the 23rd, so I assumed we would not be able to get the areas treated until we returned from our trip. However, their rep came out that afternoon, and after agreeing to a price, arranged to have the two services done on the 22nd and 23rd before we left. Very prompt service!

Description of Work: I thought I was using Clegg's Pest Control, however, The Neuse Termite & Pest Control actually came.(according to the service contract). I was very pleased with the work and would give them high ratings.

Description of Work: Clegg's provides me with mostly pest control service. They spray on each floor and in the crawl space. They also clean out evidence of spiders or other insects near the windows. I have used them for four months now and they are always on time and very professional.

Dianne (Admin A**'t) has been wonderful in setting up the contract, and Mr. Muller, the Branch Manager for Morehead, has been professional, responsive, and very helpful. Description of Work: Okay, first of all I do not remember when I first called them to do the work or how much they charged. Secondly, I am not altogether certain I actually needed them. I just used them as a kind of insurance against termites. They came out and drilled lots of holes around our foundation and I suppose squirted anti-termite spray into them. These people come out once a year to "inspect" for termites and leave a nice invoice for $127.50.
