The overall experience was fine. They cleaned what they said they would and they got the job done. They were fine.

Lawn maintenance service was fine but towards the end of the summer and into the fall, I attempted to contact Michael several times via phone and e-mail requesting an estimate for treatment of a few bare patches in the lawn and never received a response.

It is more environmental. Their equipment isn't all gassy and noisy. They do clean after themselves. They sent someone to evaluate what we needed because we went on one year contract and it was our first time we ever used a lawn service. They came out and trimmed our bushes and cleaned out the beds. They did a fine job. They just did a lot of different things more than they charged. I liked the demeanor and the personality of the people that came here. They were very conscientious. They called before they came. They were very nice. Their price depends on the size of the lawn and what we want done. They did blow the leaves and they didn't have to bag them because we live in an area that is very natural.

I had great hopes for this service since they offered organic products. At first, they did a pretty good job. However, about six months in the lawn started looking pretty bad, eroding, unbelievable weeds. I observed the lawn care person and found that he was here and gone very quickly, and he was not addressing the issues with the lawn. The seeding in the fall was especially poor, as they put down the seed on bare soil and did nothing to ensure that it would stay in place. My lawn is on a pretty good downhill slant. Of course a majority of the seed washed away and they had to reseed at my request. They completely omitted one side of the yard which I had to point out. This spring, the lawn was mostly weeds and there were huge bare dirt areas again. In the front lawn, there were huge areas of solid clover. I again had to request a reseeding and I had to ask that they dig up the clover and reseed with straw covering. After several attempts to resolve the issues with them, they finally conceded that they were unable to manage the weeds. Although they came out when I called, they were terrible at communicating, and they did nothing proactive to manage the issues with the lawn. I have had to hire a weed service as a result.

Joel was responsive and punctual in coming to give an estimate. The price was excellent. All of the work was done neatly and left at the curb for disposal. Joel was knowledgeable and we could not be happier with the service we received. We will definitely use Clean Air again in the future.

We are very pleased with their service. We originally looked into them because they use solar power mowers instead of gas engine mowers.

They are terrific. They always come when they say they will. They clean up after themselves. Unless they told us they were coming, we would never know they are here other than the lawn looks great. They bill us promptly at the end of every month and they respond when we email them. We have a really small lawn so it is only $25 a visit.

Michael was on time for his quote and was very pleasant and professional. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. His quote for his services came in quickly and was very reasonable. He has been very responsive via e-mail and they have showed up when they said they would. So far we've only had one mow but the gentleman who showed up was very nice, friendly to the dog, and got the work done quickly. It looks great. The electric equipment is really quiet and the solar powered charger on the truck was fun to see.
