The estimate was thorough and professional. The work crew was punctual, courteous, and very hardworking and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving.

Everything went well. They were extremely professional, their paper work was organized, and they had excellent follow up. They left a very clean work space as well.

We needed extensive painting inside and the whole outside to prepare our house for sale. CertaPro owner, David Kreeger, gave us competitive estimates after a very thorough walk-through (3 hours) during which he made many helpful suggestions for colors and finishes. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and accepted his estimate the same day. His crew, led by foreman Danny, were very hard-working, willing and helpful and did a really great job. Nothing was too much trouble, Danny also helped us choose colors for the inside rooms and also did a number of extra things for us (installed an outside light, new handles on the front door, etc). The whole job took just over 2 weeks and the house now looks fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased.

I was very happy with them. I thought it was very good. The sales rep was also the owner of the franchise. He spent about 2 hours with me. He was great. The guys that came out were all Spanish speakers. I wasn’t sure that I was getting the right message through to them or they were getting the right message to me, but it worked out. I am hoping the price was very good for what I got. I don’t know enough about painting and comparing jobs to know. There were 3 or 4 guys that were here.

The painters were professional, dignified, always courteous, and very hard-working. They did everything they could to make the experience a pleasant one--and, to my surprise, it was! Certa-Pro is not inexpensive but they were well worth the money and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. They did what they said they would do and they did it exceedingly well. David and Jennie, who coordinated things from beginning to end, couldn't have been more helpful or attentive. Save up your pennies and use Certa-Pro---you won't regret it.

Excellent. They were in touch quickly after the estimate to set up a time to come paint. They got the work done in about three days and were quiet and very polite. I've used Certapro for three different projects and would continue to use them if we were staying in the area. They've been great every time!

They painted six rooms. The owner showed up after I called and gave me an estimate. He was very thorough while talking to me about things and asking me what I wanted. The crew consisted of four people, and they were always on time at 8 o?clock sharp every morning. They worked till noon and went for a short lunch and were back to work and worked till 5 in the evening. They were very clean. They did not leave any mess and cleaned up every evening. They did not leave paint splatters around. They finished the job three days ahead of the time they had given me. They were very punctual and neat.

We haven?t yet taken a decision if we would go with them or someone else. The estimator was good. He came here to see the problem that we had. He told us what needed to be done. They probably take big projects and not small projects. So they have a minimal cost. That?s why we are thinking about it since our project is not big. We probably won?t go with them now and may go with them in the future when we have some big project. It has been good so far. We need to get minimum amount of work done at minimum cost. Their responsiveness was good. If need be, then I would use their services again for a quote.

He gave the most thorough and comprehensive quote of any company that I have ever used for any project. The workers were very, very courteous and extremely professional. They were quiet and very respectful of my belongings and me. They were extremely clean. They were great and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their price was competitive.

The owner was very pleasant. I think I didn?t use this company because their price was a little higher than the others. They quoted me about $3000. I will use them again in the future.

I called CertaPro for an estimate and David Kreeger came within a few days to measure and help me with color selection. I thought that I had selected a color that would work, but he showed me others that would be better. I went with one of his suggestions. The painters came as promised and worked for two days, They did an excellent job and I love the color. I would use CertaPro again and would also recommend them to others.

The experience was great! We had a free estimate with pictures shortly after we called, and they even started the work a day before the estimated start date. The office would respond to our emails and phone calls immediately. The crew worked diligently throughout the day, and they gave us a report each night on what they did and on what they would do the next day. They cleaned up each day before they left. They finished right on schedule and did a fantastic job! Our house looks brand new!

The positive experience started with the estimate when an appointment was arranged and David arrived on time. He prepared an estimate on both houses and emailed me a PDF copy. I made some changes and he emailed a revised document even though the estimated price did not change. This was followed by arranging a time to start and the paint crew arrived when scheduled. The same crew was used to complete both jobs. They worked from the time they arrived until the end of the work day without stopping. The crew members where excellent to work with and the quality of their work is the best I have seen for any painter in the Durham area. There is no doubt that we will use them again.

This was an excellent experience. Each step in the process was organized, professional and met or exceeded our expectations. The job estimate was very thorough, detailed and accurate. We were given plenty of information to guide us in making paint choices. All of our questions were answered promptly. The team of painters were highly skilled, conscientious, hard-working and considerate. The office staff checked in regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that everything was going well. Our home looks as good, if not better, than it did when it was new.

The owner of the business (David Kreeger) came out himself to perform the evaluation for the quote on the work we wanted done. He spent about 2 hours and took his time to make sure that he did a thorough job, while answering all the questions I had. He delivered the quote on time and I decided to go with them out of the three quotes that I received. I felt like they would provide the best quality, even though their price was higher, I was more concerned with getting a quality result. The work was performed, they began with the pressure washing and prepping of the exterior, then the painting of the exterior. The crew was extremely polite and conscientious, particularly Danny, the foreman. They went above and beyond on several occasions during the course of the job, which I really appreciated. When they began on the interior they were respectful of the home, taking off their shoes indoors and cleaning up as they went. We changed the scope of the project several times (adding more rooms to paint, etc.) and they were able to perform the additional work (for additional cost). Overall I feel like they did a great job maintaining communication with me on the project and that I got an excellent paint job on both the exterior and interior. I highly recommend David and his team to anyone considering a paint project and wants a quality job done.

Painters were a little late because they forgot to spring forward but it was hard to tell they were at the house. They were in and out in the same day and were very nice. Did a beautiful job.

I liked them and was I very pleased with the way they worked. What I liked the most about them was that they were very attentive to the things I asked while working in my house. I had no problems or issues with them at all.

We purchased a 10 year old house that had never been repainted. Joe and Donna provided valuable assistance in selecting colors. In addition to painting, they added chair rails and crown molding in several rooms. The workers were very courteous and professional. Joe and/or Donna were on-site every day to monitor the work. They were more critical than we were in terms of identifying areas that needed to be repainted. They finished the project on schedule and the result was outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation.
