My husband followed their work very carefully and they really did everything they said. He was more concerned about the wood repair than the actual paint. We also had a timeframe to get this done because we’re having a big party at our house and they met the deadline with no troubles. Their price was one of the reasonable prices.

The quality of the painting, along with some minor rotted wood repair, was excellent. They set the bar very high for themselves, though, regarding keeping you informed of their progress and work schedule, and fall a little short of their own expectations by doing so about 80% of the time instead of the promised 100%. Not a huge deal given the overall quality of their work. We would definitely recommend this business for a similar paint job, and will have them do ours again as needed in the future.

The representative was on time, professional and very helpful. I decided to use another company fro the work because of a better price but the Certapro price was also reasonable, and I am sure they would have done a great job (I had a neighbor who used them and highly recommended them).

They did a great job, would definitely recommend them. They kept us informed of the schedule, and once they started work, they didn't stop until the job was completed. Very friendly and kept the job site clean.

We were very pleased from first contact to finish. The person who gave us the quote was prompt and thorough. He discovered some repair work needing done prior to the staining which we hadn't noted so we were able to get that taken care of prior to scheduling the work by CertaPro. Before the schedule was complete, we were provided with a questionnaire regarding our preferences and instructions for the workers--a really professional approach to agreeing on everything in advance from where the workers would put their equipment while here to adjustments needed regarding our life patterns, and what concerns or problems we had had with contractors in past that we absolutely did not want to happen in this instance, etc. We received phone calls confirming work schedules and the workers arrived promptly. The work was excellent. The workers were courteous and thorough and checked with us about any questions, to confirm work done ok, etc. We received inquiries from the office each day they were here to see if any questions. In the end, we were assured that even though we had had a final "walk through" to see that all was ok, if we missed something we should call them back. It was a professional process and professional work.

She got back to us very quickly with a comprehensive estimate and also provided multiple prices based on whether we chose to do any of the work ourselves. We opted to have CertaPro do the entire job. The painting crew (Eddie, Adam, and Zachariah) were fantastic. Prompt, careful, respectful and quiet! I work from home so it was important not to have a lot of noise going on during the work day. The moved furniture carefully, repaired all of the previous holes from picture hangers, cleaned up every day and we generally a delight. Couldn't be any happier with the result.

this went as smoothly as any transaction I have done with anyone. They were on time for the initial appointment, kept in touch throughout the entire procedure by email and phone. They started earlier than I had anticipated and I wasn't at home. They called about the color of the siding paint as I had picked semi-transparent which was wrong type. Color matched perfectly to my initial choice. They were neat and collected all the trash. They had to come back and "unstick" the windows and they arrived early, fixed all the windows, painted the areas that were now in reach and put in the screens. Whole process took 3 days plus 45 minutes. would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job. From the original estimator (Jonathan) to the office staff to the painting crew (Edi and his brothers) all contacts were professional and pleasant. The painters did a great job of protecting floors etc., arrived on time as promised and did an excellent job. Clean-up at the end of the day was thorough and detailed.

We used CertaPro because they gave us the lowest bid and are happy with the job that they did. Our house looks great and they did a good job of cleaning up. They took great care to protect the floors which we appreciated. A really nice thing about using them is that they actually did the jobs two weeks before they said that they would. The reason for that is that there was a lot of rain and that prevented them from doing outside jobs so they started ours early instead. The only downside is with telephone communication. Our calls were routed through a national sales office everytime we wanted to talk to them and that made coordination trickier. When we'd call the local number and the local person would not pick up we'd end up on a national switchboard. Update-We used them a few weeks later for a job on another property we owned. They did a great job again and again finished the job two weeks ahead of schedule thanks to rain impacting their outside jobs. This was a different crew than the first time but they also did a good job of protecting things and were very punctual and polite. They are a quality group.

The crew of 3 brothers arrived on time and attacked the jobs to be done. By the end of the day everything on the to-do list was finished and the workmanship was great. Plan to use them in the future for interior and exterior paint jobs.

CertaPro submitted the low bid from three estimates. Eddy and his crew were prompt, courteous and professional. They found one rotten board on the exterior of the house and replaced that for me at a very fair price. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs painting work done.

Our experience with CertaPro was great. They were really professional and I would highly recommend to anyone. We did have 4 estimates and CertaPro was the highest only by 10% but they use a better product and they are definitely more comprehensive. They were on time, thorough, and very flexible with the payment terms.

They did excellent. They showed attention to detail. It was not a rush job. They worked with me on where to paint and when.

There were some imperfections, however the crew was very responsive and corrected the things that were faulty. They were willing to work with our schedules. We were very happy.

The first visit was to get the free estimate, get their advice about paint colors (they brought large and small paint samples to consider. I went to the store and bought a couple of the colors to do large samples and look at them in the rooms over the weekend and in different light. We discussed sheetrock repairs that would be necessary and discussed the steps in their prep and painting process. The crew arrived the day and time we agreed on and they were exceptionally professional, carefull with my furniture and hard wood floors. Everything was covered. The sheetrock work was excellent and the final finish looks great! This crew was EXCEPTIONAL! and their work was perfection.

They had holistic approach with the estimate. They took the time needed to do an appropriate estimate and it was very detailed. They provided an interior decorator to assist with color selection, which was fantastic. They brought a color deck to the house so I could physically see the colors in my room, without running to and from the store.

This was the only company that identified lead paint as a potential problem on our older home and had the knowledge and expertise to deal with it. Overall they did an outstanding job. We're very pleased.

The 2 painters arrived on time, were courteous and professional and did a very good job. The job initially was completed in two full days. I was unhappy with the initial results, and the owner contacted me, we discussed the matter further, and we were able to negotiate what I wanted. I was delighted with the overall results.

We received 2 quotes before contacting Certapro Painters. One company that only did chimney repairs suggested we contact Certapro for exterior painting of our home. We wanted to work with someone that would do both repairs and the exterior painting of the house. I checked Angies List and saw a few reviews on Certa Pro Painters and learned that there was a member who had chimney work done as well as exterior painting and that's what sold me. I made the right choice. Certa Pro Painters are fantastic. From the initial telephone call with Jennie everything was just flowed. Arrangements were made to meet with Adam - he spent a lot of time with us explaining and reviewing every detail of the project. The painters were professional and courteous. Everything went smooth. We would definitely use Certa Pro Painters again and we highly recommend them to our friends and family.

We were very happy with their work. I think the price was about $5000, but I don’t know. They were very good. They used quality paint. They came when they said. They were very neat and everything about them was perfect. Their pricing was good. We would use them again. In fact, we are getting ready to paint the exterior of the house.

Didn't have work done, but was indeed impressed with presentation, representative and overall experience with getting a quote. Will definitely call again and hopefully be able to work with in the furture! Thanks!
