septic tank
+ -1 moreCalled the company to replace septic tank cover. They said they would come around and quote a price. I called several times before they finally gave me a price and I agreed. They said they would fit within a week. When they didn't, I called. They kept saying, sorry really busy this week, next week we will definitely do it. After a month and several chase up calls they never came to fit the cover or bothered to call me back after I had left several messages.

septic tank
+ -1 moreChris answered the phone himself, was very courteous, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He called an hour before the scheduled time and apologized that he had to reschedule for another day. He came out the next day, calling ahead of time for directions. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and I will definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Pumped out septic tank.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RAIN AND GOT THE JOB DONE FOR US. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. I COULD NOT OF BEEN MORE IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY GAVE ME.
Description of Work: WHEN MY SEWER BACKED UP, THEY CAME AND UNPLUGGED IT.
