Cabinets by Diamond Designs

Description of Work: The owner of this business, took advantage of my kindness and understanding. She used a bad cabinet company she assured me was great. Promised delivery and installation in 4 weeks. My kitchen cabinets came after months and I was missing doors and the doors I had were warped, discolered, the stain was splochy, some doors were cracked, they sent the wrong hardware and the doors that came were scratched and also looked like they fell of the truck in the middle of the street and then they picked them back up and delievered them to me. I am so disapointed in Cabinets by diamond designs and also disapointed in the lies she presented to me. I paid for a professional installer but what I got was a general contractor that had never installed cabinets, then I was sent a man to install my cabinets who only does crown molding and finally I had to pay a proffessional installer to install my cabinets because no one she sent would take on the job. I am so dissapointed and to make matters worse she will not speak to me any longer and also has offered no help. Just yesturday a cabinet door fell off the hinge while I was talking to a friend. It was embarrassing to say the least. DO NOT TRUST HER. She is a professional talker and I fell for it.
