Mr. O'Briant, the owner of Boxer Roofing, was a professional and polite individual. From the start of the project (the initial appointment for the estimate) to the end of the project) final clean up and going over the project and final billing), Mr. O'Briant was exceptional. The work was performed in a timely fashion and his crew was outstanding. Their level of workmanship was very high and this includes their level of performance in the final cleanup. The finished product, my new roof, is a thing of beauty that adds value to my house. Excellent experience. Started on time, great crew. Stripped down old roofing and completed the first half of the job before daylight left. Returned early the next day and completed the job. Everything went very well. Mr. Billy O'Briant was very professional. He inspected my old roof and explained in detail the options for replacing it. On the day that the roof was to be replaced, he and his team of workers arrived on time and worked very diligently to replace the roof in one day. They were very careful to cover the grounds to catch the debris and nails and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. The workers were great and finished the job sooner than I expected. Mr. O’Briant was very good in explaining everything to me before, during and after the work was completed. I appreciated him sitting down and talking with me about the whole process before signing a contract. No other company did that. I felt that he really loved his business and put my concerns first and foremost.

Went smoothly as was described in our meetings. Billy O’Briant goes the extra mile to explain every component of the work and the supplies and why they do what they do. It was like a mini-course in roofing. Crew was professional and thorough. Would hire again with no hesitation. He gets the highest marks we can give.

Very prompt and fast. Cleanup thorough. Professional roofers, no radios or loud talking. Cooked their own food, had their own toilet facilities. Owner supervision and occasional great conversation.

Very happy with our new roof! Billy in particular was fantastic to work with - he walked us through the details of the quote in person and was very responsive to all of our questions. While Boxer wasn't the cheapest option available, they demonstrated a clear commitment to quality that helped set them apart, and pricing was very transparent. Once the job was scheduled, the Boxer crew was efficient in their progress and finished in just two days. Day 1 stripped and re-shingled one half of the roof; day 2 finished the other half. By the end of each day all the waste had already been hauled off the lot and at the end of the project the team completed a detailed sweep around the house to pick up any rogue nails / other debris. Going on two months now under the new roof with no issues - looks great from the outside, and no leaks to speak of. Would gladly work with Boxer again!

Owner of Boxer Roofiing came to my house at agreed upon time and assess the status of my roof. He actually went up on the roof himself, took pictures and showed me issues with my roof that 2 other roofing companies had not identified. There were serious issues with my roof and he was able to show me the picture, describe the problem in terms I could understand and explained what needed to be done. We made another appointment for him to review with me face to face his proposal. He review proposal explaining in details with a portfolio what the process would be, the materials he would use and the cost of materials. He was not a pushy sales person but an individual that knows his business and wants the best for his client. He was very professional, always on time for appointments, kept me informed of the status of the project. He completed the roof in one day and the clean up was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. He takes great pride in his work and has the client’s interest as priority.

I had been having issues with what I thought was a leaky roof. After multiple other companies had come over and dismissed my issue, I had Boxer Roofing come take a look. Billy was prompt, professional, and thorough. He took time to investigate the issue fully. In the end, it turned out to by a problem with my chimney and not my roof - he was the first person to offer this information to me. He took pictures and described my issue, what type of services I did need, and what to ask for when I requested these services. He went above and beyond what he needed to do for an estimate that turned out to not even be a roofing problem! He is an honest businessman and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could have used his services!

It went great He scheduled the services, kept in touch with me, did a great job in explaining differences between him and other roofers and assisted me with picking out the roof color which I am very happy with. I have already hired him again for future work.

Even after two weeks, when I pull into the driveway, I am still surprised by how good our house looks with a new roof. Our house was built in the late 1940’s. I very pleased with the work performed and the all around experience. Billy was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in finding our issue and resolving it. I had talked with a number of roofers about my repair and he was the only one to provide a consultation on his findings and explain the entire process of the job.
