This was a horrible experience and a horribly unprofessional company. I don’t understand how they are even a business! My husband and I wanted a simple cleaning of the house and were told the price. In the past, for that same price, we had people do great jobs and felt very impressed. This was the exact opposite! We wanted the house clean for a party and left out of town for the day, they were to be cleaning. We set an apt and I left cash on the counter. When we got home the cash was gone and the house looked no different than if I vacuumed and stiffened my self! There was still dust on our side tables by the couch. The dust from the fan was sitting on our unmade bed in our room. The floor in our kitchen was incredibly sticky and the baseboards and windowsills were still just as dirty. When I contacted them questioning their work, they said the stuff I wanted was “a deep clean”. At no point did they tell me there were levels and what they were. I asked for a cleaning and they said a basic cleaning is $x. In the past we got basic cleaning and it was far more than this horrible company did. They also tried to blame it on me for not requesting a “deep clean”. I bet their deep clean is the same horrible job but they might actually bend their back to reach something below their eye level. We got home hours before the party- to find out we had to clean before we had people over even though we paid for their service! They also tried to act like they were there for 4 hours so we almost sent them extra money- thank goodness we didn’t, because when we got home it was NOTHING I couldn’t have done in an hour. They got increasingly upset when I listed issues and voiced my concerns, replying to messages in ALL CAPS. They then told me to stop communicating with them after they got sick of hearing me tell them how much of a waste of money their “services” were. DO NOT USE THEM! I will also be reporting them to the BBB and anyone else who can get them to stop scamming people out of their money! We are both in education and do not have tons of disposable income, to use what we had on this was such a horrible disappointment!

I had a similar experience to the person that gave them a D review on 11/17/19, except I am giving them a big fat F MINUS, because they showed up at my house, ready my note, and then left before calling me to discuss or come to an agreement. Long story short, I had left them a nice note and a standard list that my previous service followed for EVERY visit, and I simply requested/suggested that they follow the check list. There was nothing out of the ordinary on the check list, just the standard basic cleaning items that any GOOD PROFESSIONAL housekeeping service would do on a monthly basis. Well, they read the check list, and then left my house because they felt that what I was asking for was a DEEP CLEAN, which it was not!! So, instead of reading my note, and while still at my house, giving me a call to say "Hey, we can't get all these items done in under 4 hours", they just left my house, and then called me from their car saying we can't do it. I asked them "why did you leave? You could have called me and I would have just said OK, just do what you quoted me for"...but they didn't even give me that chance. They just left me high and dry with a dirty house!! What made it worse is they did not even apologize, and when I asked her why they couldn't have called me BEFORE they left my house, she had no response, but simply said that they were on their way to another client. So, to me, that sounded like they double-booked, didn't like that I left them a list (even though it was nothing out of the ordinary). Totally unprofessional!!! I had a bad feeling about them in the first place because 1) they don't even have a website (unprofessional), and 2) they were charging me only $10 less than my prior service, except I told them they only had to clean 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, when my prior service was cleaning 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while also doing a very thorough job! If Bobbitt's idea of a deep clean is what I had on my suggested list of items, then I can only imagine how bad of a job they would have done only doing what they quoted me for. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They are unprofessional, and unapologetic about their lack of professionalism!! I would love to request that Angie's List pull them off the site! The moral of the story is, lazy people should not own a cleaning service! They have no business being in the housecleaning business!
