 + -1 moreThe house looks fabulous. We love the shutters we chose cayenne for the color. It really turned our great. We receive complaints from the neighbors all the time.
Description of Work: Painted the exterior of the house including the gutters, also removed rotten wood around several places from the eves . Replaced rotten wood shutters with new plastic ones also painted the shutters.

Description of Work: Ricky and his team dug out and created a parking pad and a long sidewalk for me. I had hired a previous contractor who neglected to finish the job and was left with one heckuva mess. Ricky came in and made everything right.

Enrique was the only contractor that contacted me after signing up Home Advisor website to do some sheetrock work on the house and the more things that needed to be done, he told me that he could do that for me. Always agreed on a price prior to the work and his fees were extremely acceptable. He was friendly, efficient, and his quality was top of the line. Very punctual and even stayed very late to get the work finished and came to the house and worked to finish tasks even if I could not be there. Kept me informed and even called me when I failed to get in touch with him. He cleared his work areas every day to clear any debris. He professionalism allow me to get all the issues with the house fixed, on the market and sold in what I consider record time. Everything was ready and looking great. The total length of the repair cycle took about 3 months and I am totally satisfied with the results. I very much enjoyed working with Enrique and would highly recommend him to everyone for any home repairs need in the future.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking roof (came out on Sunday and totally fixed leaking roof on a day it was raining). Finished reinstalling insulation in the ceiling of the kitchen and re-sheetrocked the ceiling. Fixed holes in dining area that had been damaged. Installed new led lighting in the kitchen. Painted the ceiling and walls in kitchen and dining area. Skim coated two bathrooms and painted both. Repaired facia board and trim on the outside the house damaged after years of neglect. Re-shingled roof where needed and fixed an area that was patched by a prior contractor which was not done correctly just days prior. Checked inside attic and ensued rood not leaking further. Totally sealed damaged Masonite siding and then painted the exterior of the house. Patched a long concrete driveway and smoothed to removed broken and pitted surface.
