Bella's does a great job. The time they come can vary, but we are usually out of the house for work anyway. They will text with you for scheduling which is convenient for us. Really kind people, trustworthy, and consistent. Grateful to have them restore sanity to our household weekly!

Amazing every single week.

It was hanging by the electrical wires. They claimed they didn't do it. It cost me $85.00 to have an electrician fix it.

From the initial cleaning of my home- which includes to large shedding dogs to the terminal cleaning they did on both the new and old home it couldn't' have gone any better. They even cleaned the blinds and inside the windows!

On a recommendation of a friend, I used this service. The original cleaning was very good, so the initial impression was excellent. I have used their service for well over a year and since the original service I have had to deal with one issue after the other. Here are just several issues that come to mind: not moving furniture back; incomplete cleaning; damage to property; cleaning outside of the hours agreed upon causing my family and I to come home from work then go back out so we are out of their way. Each incident would make me want to look for another cleaner but I kept giving them another chance. The final straw was when they spilt bleach/cleaner on my spare bedroom bedset (first time I did not mention it). After confronting Antonio (Owner) about the cleaners spilling the bleach on the bed and telling him I will be billing him for the damages, he responded by not taking responsiblity and blaming the damage on the guest who stayed here? I've stayed at many friends and had friends stay with me and I have never seen or used bleach in the bedroom. On top of that response he threatened us with court if we sent him a bill: "Excuse me miss I'm being honest and there's no neglect here ok. I'm sure your guest do have access to bleach. You can't bill us for any of those. I'll see you in court if I see a bill from you." On that note I am giving you fair warning about this company.
