They stuck to their original estimate, even though the finished job cost them slightly more to complete. The crew foreman explained everything that they were doing, got our okay and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The men in the crew were polite and professional. We can already feel the difference in how much cooler our house gets and our electric bills are lower now that the ducts are actually insulated and attached correctly. Cons: They were about an hour late to start the work, but one of the crew members showed up and let us know that they would be late. While the crew itself and the work done was terrific, the people answering their phones leave a lot to be desired. When I called to schedule the work, I was transferred to 5 different people, had to explain what I wanted to each one, only to be transferred again to another wrong person. It took me nearly 30 minutes to finally talk to someone who could schedule the work for me.

We were very impressed with the quality of work that was provided. We thought we were going to have to replace the unit but he was able to identify and fix the problem which was a large savings for us. We have noticed a big change in the comfort level regarding the temperature in our home and our electricity costs have been cut by a third. We felt he was reasonable with his estimate and during the work process he kept our house in good order.

I originally bought the heat pump from them as well. Now, they do a yearly inspection and maintenance. Everything is fine. This time all went well. Assuming nothing is wrong the inspection price is reasonable. Now, they may have different prices at different times for different things. I think what I pay is a good value to keep up on the product. I had no problems when they installed it or when they checked on it.

We are on a yearly contract with ARS Service Express and have been for several years now. They come twice a year for regular maintenance and have kept the it running well, there has only been one occasion where we needed repair work done on the it since we've been using them and they did a great job, inexpensively too. I recommend them.

Great - called on a Thursday, they came out Friday afternoon - technician had some difficulty finding the home, but called and notified us he would be late and got more accurate directions. Was polite and quick. A/C works wonderful now!

This company put in my gas pack 6 years ago, they did a great job and then I realized that they also do plumbing. They arrived early (which is great), quoted me, stayed on quote and completed the job. The quote was reasonable and the staff cleaned up after themselves.

I was informed by an ARS repairman that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked. I had called for service after smelling gas in the house. I spoke with an ARS sales rep named Ken who gave me options on repair vs replacement. I chose to replace. Ken provided plenty of information about their products and services and it was clear and easy to understand. He showed up with the installation crew and everything was done well and on time.

Had to order pressure switch from manufacturer. Two days later they came with the switch and replaced it. $215 for pressure switch sounds a bit more than I can think of.

Very positive experience. The technician who made the original quote seemed knowledgeable and honest about the good vs. bad options for better controlling the temperature of the bonus room in my house. He suggested a less costly solution than I had originally inquired about.

I made the appointment with a dispatcher who said he would come between 9 am to 11 am. He showed up at about 10 am after the dispatcher called me to let me know he was coming. He was cheerful and informative. I think he did a good job and I think the charge was reasonable. I was particularly happy I didn't have to replace the toilet.

The technician was on time, polite, and explained his analysis before performing the work. He gave me the option of paying for an additional service (leak search), and explained what he saw as the pros and cons. So far, the air conditioner works fine 2 weeks later. The service was a little expensive, but it appears to have worked.

I GUESS YOU COULD SAY THAT WE WERE SEMI-SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB, AN INSPECTOR HAD TO COME, AND THE JOB FAILED THE INSPECTION FOR SOME REASON. THEY DID SEND A CREW IN TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, AND ALL IS OK NOW.

THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB AT FIXING MY SYSTEMS. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND EXPERIENCED IN THEIR LINE OF WORK.

THEY CAME OUT AND DID A NICE JOB FIXING MY HOT WATER HEATER. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE TO HAVE THEM IN MY HOUSE.

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THAT IS WHY I USE THEM. I ALSO REALLY LIKE THE WAY THAT THE COMPANY IS RAN. WHEN I HAVE PROBLEMS THEY ARE WILLING TO HELP ME.
