Description of Work: Wrapped all furniture before moving it, including mattresses. Took care of all items. Still waiting for a small repair to drywall which is needed because of an accident. Very pleasant moving team. Actually arrived earlier than expected--called before arriving early.

Description of Work: They helped me move from one location into storage and then from storage into my present location.

Description of Work: We hired them to pack our household and move us from Charlotte, NC to Virginia Beach, Va. We had used them four years earlier and had an awesome experience. Unfortunately, this experience was awful. The packers literally threw our goods into boxes without proper wrapping and placed too much weiight in many boxes resulting in alot of damage. The boxes were not labeled properly and multiple rooms were often mixed in. The wardrobe boxes for example were all filled more than half way with various goods and then our hang up clothes were crammed on top. As a result I had an enormous dry cleaning bill as anything longer than a mini skirt was wrinkled. An IPAD went missing completely!! All of this carelessness resulted in unpacking takiing a long time to sort things out, document the issues, etc. The movers also required supervision as they did not protect the house and laid the metal ramp directly on the brick steps causing damage. They arrived hours past the window of time given for their arrival. At one point we found them pushing boxes down the stairs. We hired the company to save us time as we both needed to get to work at our new location as quickly as possible and sadly it has been more time consuming than if we had used our teen aged kids friends. Sadly, while the company has been polite and has shared in our disppointment about the lack of professionalism of the packers, they have yet to address our requests for a reduction to the bill or to reimburse us for the damaged goods.
