HORRIBLE Scheduled last week and was given instructions to prepare for the 2-4 work on Monday. I had put our dog in doggie day care to help the workers perform their chore more easily. I received a phone call a 2 (time of appointment) that they would not be coming due to a no show of an employee. This was know by the owner at 8am and they did not have the courtesy to contact me earlier in the day. No apology was given until I pointed this out. I suggested they learn from this lack of courtesy and consideration and run their business with more professionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
