Description of Work: I called and the Doctor called right back. Had me run some tests while he coached me over the phone. He diagnosed the problem and said I would be better off replacing. No charge. A gracious funny guy. So helpful and nice.

Description of Work: Left a message with his contact number. I was called back within 30 minutes. After discribing my issue with our front loader washer and dryer was advised he did not service front end washers but did recommend one setting to try that might possibly help alleviate our issue with the washing machine. He also recommended that I check the dryer vent hose to insure it was not blocked before having him come and thus avoid a trip charge. I found his advise to be very useful and will call again if we have appliance problems.

+ -1 moreOverall I was satisfied. The only complaint I have would be that Phill was a bit long winded. Nice, but long winded.
Description of Work: The sliding freezer door on my Maytag refrigerator would not close completely. Phil arrived on time and adjusted the freezer door and had it working well in about a 1/2 hour.

+ -1 moreI called the appliance docktor on Tuesday at 8:00. He answered promptly and after I told him my problem, he asked some questions to get the root of the problem over the phone. He has done work for us previously and identify the other problem also (over the phone). He estimated the problem at ~$120.00 and said that he could be there the following morning between 8:30 and 10:00. He arrived the next morning at 8:40 and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Total bill: $121.94. Ideal situation! He said that he would be happy to continue to troubleshoot, but said that there will be a time when fixing the appliance will be too high for the cost. He said that if we give him a call, he should be able to estimate the cost over the phone so we don't waste a call to have someone come in and then tell us that we need a new dryer after all.
Description of Work: Fixed a dryer. Motor belt repair. Drying was heating but not tumbling.

+ -1 moreTHEIR SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. THE MAN THAT CAME OUT SMOKED ON MY PORCH, AND DIDN'T ASK ME IF HE COULD. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY ON THE FIRST CALL. THEN IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET THE PART THE DISHWASHER NEEDED. I WAS REALLY NOT VERY HAPPY.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY DISHWASHER AND MY REFRIGERATOR.
