Description of Work: We had a small ice storm overnight and woke up to NO HEAT So I called 9:00 am and at 9:35 Mike the owner was here . He checked out the furnace told me it just need to be serviced but after opening up the unit he found a lot of little things that needed to be fixed and it needed a GOOD cleaning ( its 15 years old and had never been cleaned ). He was very professional , He broke things down so I understood what need to be fixed and gave a price before doing any work . I asked about him coming back when it gets warmer to service the A/C unit . He said yes and told me all the things that would need to be done along with a price. So I could budget for it .
