Description of Work: Replaced gutter that came down in bad weather. Very prompt and professional. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Called for them to give us an estimate on replacing 19 window units. The lady in their office seemed professional and said a salesman would call us to set up an appointment as soon as they returned to the office that day. We have yet to hear from anyone. Have no idea if they are competitive or the quality of their work. Can only rate their response. We did not ask for an estimate over the phone and did not expect anything more than other companies have done...respond..provide estimate after inspecting, etc. I have read responses from the owner on similar ratings and he most often says people have asked for phone quotes and that they never tell a customer they will respond to a call in a certain amount of time. In our case neither of these instances apply. We simply asked for an onsite inspection and estimate. We were told that a salesman would call us back the same day. It has been in excess of thirty days and we have made arrangements with another company that responded timely and was professional and wanted our business.

Description of Work: They replaced shingles and fixed all issues with my roof. They extended the manufacturer warranty. They were very professional and left my property completely clean.

Description of Work: Aluminum Company installed gutters and a garage door. | |Our home did not have gutters or a garage door. We wanted gutters to move water away from the foundation and a garage door to make the carport a more secure storage area. | |Aluminum Company gave us a good estimate on the cost that was less than other estimates for what I think was at least equivalent quality. | |Gutter installation included power washing the fascia for paint prep (and they power washed the entire exterior), painting the fascia, then gutter installation. Our house requires a large linear footage of gutter, as it is a one level with a skirt roof on the side, so gutters all the way around. | |Garage door installation required framing in the opening (carport fully enclosed on 3 sides), adding an electrical outlet on the ceiling for the garage door opener, and final door installation. | |The process was disorganized. A number of times we were told the wrong date for when things would happen, which wasted our time. Too many different people were contacting us about dates and not one central person. However, the work was done well, is good quality and looks good. They do stand by their work.

Description of Work: Having used the Aluminum Company for extensive work on a previous house, they were our first choice to call when we had what appeared to be a roof leak. Ultimately, I was very disappointed that they would not send someone out to get up on our roof & take a look around to see what could be causing the problem. We ended up using another company that sent someone out to investigate the issue before giving us an estimate.

Some boards were replaced at no additional charge. Minor mis-understanding on downspout locations; installer worked with me & I was very satisfied with the results. Minor issues with gutters & bathroom vent. Yard was thoroughly cleaned-up and nails picked up with a magnet.

They inspected each and every window before they left and made sure that any messes were cleaned up. We are very happy with the results from the installers and we are happy with the windows.
