Scheduling was a little difficult, but I told them what the best time was for me and the workers who did the job were very nice, answered all my questions, and did a good job cleaning up.

We are extremely pleased with the result. There were no glitches or unexpected changes, and the job was completed on time. The workers were very friendly and professional.

The salesman arrived as promised, measured the windows and explained the process. He sat right down and prepared the estimate. After negotiating a final price, they called to set an installation date, and the installer showed up on time. He was extremely careful, neat and professional...a real craftsman. After the installation, an inspector came by to review the work, make sure we were satisfied, and collect the check. They require no payment until the work is complete. The one area for improvement, which I have mentioned to them, was managing expectations about how long it takes to complete the job. I was told 2-3 days, but because the installer worked by himself without a support crew, installation took close to 3 weeks. The inspector expressed surprise that it took this long, and promised to pass my comments on to management. I am so pleased with the work, however, that I have an appointment to replace an additional 10 windows in a few weeks.

Getting all the information (measurements, window details, colors, etc.) was a bit slow, but no problem. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were very efficient and skilled, and everything was accomplished well ahead of our time expectations. Another rep visited the following day to check the work, and to deliver the guarantee, and to be sure that we were instructed in the proper use of the features of the windows. We were highly pleased with the work, and the service.

The work was cleanly, nicely and promptly done. Overall, excellent.

I was quite pleased that they took the time to listen and then they made some recommendations. Although what they recommended meant they would not get the work, they were honest and gave me their best recommendation and did not just come over and do what I had originally requested to make the money. I would have not been happy in the end had I proceeded with my original plan. I would recommend this company to others, and will use them on future projects at home. The advice was free and saved me money ill spent.

I LIKED HOW THEY CLEANED UP AFTER EACH WINDOW THEY INSTALLED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND THEIR WORK. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.

THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED WERE GOOD. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK THEY DID AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE.

OVERALL, I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB; THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. THEIR STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH TO GET ALONG WITH. IN THE END, THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PUNCTUAL AND ACCURATE IN MEASURING EVERYTHING. THE WORKERS ARE EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, AND VERY EASY TO TALK TO IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND WORK.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR MANY DECADES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A WONDERFUL JOB FOR ME. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS NICE AND COURTEOUS. I REALLY LIKE THE TYPE OF PRODUCTS THEY USE BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD QUALITY.

THIS COMPANY ALSO GAVE ME THE LOWEST ESTIMATE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY HARD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW HOW TO KICK BUTT. THEY HAD A LOT OF STEPS TO GO THROUGH, BUT THEY DID ALL THE WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MATTER. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB.

WELL AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, THE GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. I AM STILL IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING THEM TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX THEM. THEY'VE BEEN VERY SLOW IN RETURNING. THE COMPANY HAS GOOD PRODUCTS BUT POOR SERVICE.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO HAVE THEM PUT SIDING ON MY HOUSE! I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH ALL THE ASPECTS OF THEIR WORK. I WOULD HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND NICE. THEY MADE SURE TO FINISH THE WORK EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS SOME BAD WEATHER. THEY CLEANED UP AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE RESULTS.

THEY ARE TOP OF THE LINE, HONEST, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TELL ME WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO AND GET MY APPROVAL BEFORE THEY DO IT. THEY PROMOTE THEIR COMPANY VERY WELL.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED FROM THEM. THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR THAT THEY PUT IN WAS VERY NICE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING IT.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. WE DID EXPERIENCE ONE PROBLEM AFTERWARDS THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM, BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO COME BACK AND FIX IT FREE OF CHARGE.

WE HAD A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY BUT AFTER ADDRESSING THE ISSUES, THE COMPANY FIXED THE PROBLEMS. AFTER THE ISSUES WERE RESOLVED, THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY HELPED US PICK OUT THE GUARDS THAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR OUR HOUSE, AND EVEN CAME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY STARTED WORKING. THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP, BUT THEY DID REPLACE ABOUT TEN WINDOWS AND TWO DOORS. THEY HELPED ME SELECT THE ONES THAT I WANTED AND THEN HAD A CREW OUT WITHIN A WEEK TO PUT EVERYTHING IN.

THEY TREAT ME SO WELL EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR MANY DIFFERENT THINGS OVER THE PAST 18 YEARS, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GOOD TO ME.

THERE COULDN'T BE A BETTER COMPANY. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THEM TO. THEY STARTED WHEN THEY SAID, THAT THEY WOULD AND WERE FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAD SOMEBODY COME OUT TWICE AND MAKE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED.

THEY OFFERED A GUARANTEE ON THE SHINGLES, AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE GUTTERS. THEY ARE A VERY EXPERIENCED COMPANY AND WE GOT ALONG VERY WELL WITH THE WORKERS.
