Upon ordering the new roof, they said it would be three weeks, but they called and asked if they could do it early and completed it in one day. Even provided pictures to show me the areas of replacement of decking material. The site manager met with me when I came to the site to review the work and went over everything on the project and answered all my questions. They followed up with a second walk-thru and provided me with my warranty information.

They did a good job of installing the storm door, but a poor job with the surroundings. They put a small dent in the interior wall, which I fixed and also slightly damaged the exterior of the house. Their work was sloppy and the screen itself actually fell out. I wish they would have responded a little faster to my complaints. They have come out two times since to try to resolve the situation and they are supposed to call me back again. They are very nice, and the door looks good, but they just did not do a good job with the surroundings. The weatherstripping was sloppy and gloppy before they fixed it, but the screen is still not right. They are being responsive, however, and are trying to fix the problem, which I am confident that they will do.

They arrived on time and were as unobtrusive as possible. The work was done on time and we have had good results with energy savings, and we love not having to clean the gutters!

All work was done well, professionally. The crew was exceptional, arriving early every day and working hard while they were here. They were always polite and professional, but they also were fun. We were amazed at how nice our house looked with new windows and siding that was properly installed! There were a couple of snags: 3 windows were incorrectly ordered, but they didn't take long to get the right ones; the salesman didn't order enough of some of the materials which delayed the job for a couple of days; the crew did what they could on other things, but there was a delay; and there was some confusion (that put us in the middle) over the cleaning of the windows, the crew stated that they had never done windows before and our salesman said they would do them, both of them talking to us instead of working it out between themselves. The salesman was the worst. I gave them a B for Professionalism because of this, even though everyone was professional the rest of the time.

We've worked with this company on several occasions. From the initial meeting with the salesman for the initial estimate to the cleaning up after the installation, the people were courteous, helpful, professional, and they did very good work. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else when I need a service that they provide.

I was very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. There was one near-oversight with the finish on the edge of the roof, but the workers corrected it as soon as it was pointed out. Also, they discovered the day before the work was done that they didn't have the shingles I had ordered. Instead of delaying, they gave me the upgraded version for the same price.

It went well and according to schedule. The company was responsive to my concerns and completed the work on time and on estimate. It was a lot of money, but worth it.

It looks really great. Everything has gone very well. The sales rep was wonderful and very informative, and helped me make decisions about two wood framed windows. The showroom is very helpful because you can see samples of everything. The owner even sat down with me personally. I was impressed by the personal attention. If there was an A+ I would give it to them! Their price was just a tiny bit higher (less than $200 difference) than the rest, but I felt that I was getting my money's worth and it seems that there is a huge difference in the quality of the work. Their crew is very friendly and quiet, and very respectful. I am very happy I made the decision to go with them. My phone calls were always returned within an hour, and they made the appointments very quickly. They even made arrangements to have the installation done sooner because they knew I was anxious to get it done. They are very efficient and to the point.

They were right on top of every aspect, from quick job scheduling, they got the entire house done in a week and were constantly checking on the progress and our satisfaction during the project. Additionally, they interviewed us after the fact and made sure we understood what was done and why as well as provided fantastic warranty and financial assistance.

They sent a huge number of crew over and completed the job in 2 days; we have 6500 sq ft of house, so it would have taken a long time with only a few members; they cleaned up well and used our house paint to patch up any areas that needed new paint. We were waiting for a good rain to check the results; we haven't seen any signs today of poor drainage. We are very pleased with the results. It seemed like a lot to pay for gutter guards but we wasted $2500 a few years ago for the cheap variety that never worked and created problems.

Very well. All individuals I dealt with were professional and courteous. Jamie Creed did our estimate and explained things thoroughly. The crew worked diligently for 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. A quality project manager came out a few days later to inspect the work, go over the lifetime warranty, and collect payment. Overall, I was impressed with the company's integrity and professionalism.

We had ideas about color that they were skeptical about, but they did it. They managed to do exactly what we were looking for. We were very happy with them. They were done very very quickly.

They installed them to match the rest of the house. The colors were right and the work was done properly. I've been very happy with them. They told me what to do to maintain them so they would work in proper order. I have done that and have had no problems with leaves getting in the gutters.

That cut down our heating bills and they are easy to maintain. They do professional jobs. They are personable and responsive. I'm very happy with them. The price was competitive and well worth it.

When they did the roofing, they cautioned me that under-roofing usually needs to be replaced but they were honest and told me that it actually didn't need to be. They also did not charge me for the plywood that they used in one place. They cleaned up after themselves.

I was concerned about paying more for this large company's infrastructure and advertising, but in the end was glad I didn't go with the low bid. From the initial walk-through and estimate, to the repairs (covered by the lifetime warranty) after my new siding was impaled by a wind-blown tree branch, all of the personnel I dealt with were helpful, punctual and skilled. The installer, Bobby Weaver, kept in close touch about his progress and suggested some changes to the original plan that turned out very well. It gives me confidence to know that this isn't a fly-by-night company, and that they stand by their work. I've recommended them to several of my friends.

First of all I received my estimate and decided to purchase on November 10, 2007. Our salesman, Jamey Creed was superb! He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions thoroughly. When we were finished, we were told that it would be about 4 weeks for the windows to come from the factory and with 2 major holidays coming up we would most likely get our windows installed in January. Just last week they called and my windows had arrived and they were able to do my work on Tuesday the 18th of Dec. if I wanted instead of waiting. I was thrilled!!! The crew arrived earlier than they had thought and they got right down to business! This crew was a very well oiled machine. A window came out and a window went right in. They cleaned as they went and there was no mess whatsoever either in or out when they finished. They were polite, friendly and even tolerated my very curious 4 year old and nosy dogs! This was a great home improvement project for me!

Kevin, the sales rep from the Aluminum Company, met me to look at the damaged section of siding. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He provided an estimate for the repair and scheduled a date. The repair crew showed up on the agreed upon date and did an excellent job with the repair. Someone from the company later called to ensure that I was satisfied with the work.

We were really happy. They came out very promptly and gave us an estimate. The sales person was very likable. They had samples with them so that we could see what the windows looked like. The salesman took his time and explained everything to us.

I was very pleased with the windows. They did a nice job installing them. They seemed to be sealed very well. This was a good investment that should help cut down our energy costs. This company was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when they initially came out to measure and visit with me about my options.

They were very determined to get the work done on time and went the extra mile and met the schedule. Removed and installed the new windows in one afternoon. Returned the next day to finish the trim work around the windows. We have had no leaks and the windows work smoothly. The appearance is very good. The salesman was easy to work with and not pushy. Theirs was the lowest of three estimates we received. We would use this company again.

I was delighted with the job they did. They were meticulous hanging the doors. They noticed a small problem on the metal bar where the paint flaked off and came back out to paint it. They also saw some paint on the bottom part of the screen and replaced that portion of the screen.

Very good. Jeff came out in early May, in the evening, to give us an estimate. He was very open to our ideas, and showed us solutions to our questions. We didn't just want ordinary windows, so he put those away and showed us other options. We were very happy with our selection and his estimate, so we ordered the windows. The windows came in in 4 weeks, as promised, and they were installed the next week. The installer put all the windows in in 3 days and they look great.

The business owner, Jeff Monsein, returned my phone call promptly. He came to our house in the evening to give us an estimate, a time that was most convenient for us. Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional and we were impressed by his sincerity and integrity. The cost was a bit high but we felt we could count on getting top-notch work. Both jobs were very well done. The company prides itself on using high-quality materials and offering extensive warranties. We did have a problem with some damage to our garden areas when the roofers did their job but Jeff made sure to send someone out promptly to assess the situation. We were fairly compensated and received a number of apologies for what happened. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others and we plan to call on them in the future for other repairs and enhancements to our home.
