The Aluminum Company of NC is known for their reputation for quality & how they stand behind the products they install. In this case, they installed a new, front door for us. It didn't lock as smoothly as desired but they have addressed the issue. Of course, at no charge & very cheerfully.

Staff kept us informed, arrived on time, performed flawless installation of top grade windows, and followed up in a timely manner. We did contact a competitor for a quote. When there salesman looked at the work done two years ago he never contacted us back. He knew they could not compete with Aluminum Company of North America quality installation.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. When it comes to roof installation, I wanted the work done be a reputable company that had a long history in this area. A 30 plus year warranty does not mean much if the company selling it is not around to honor it. I would use this company again.

I am not crazy about the windows, we used to have wood. The quality of the windows in fine, I just don't like the aluminium. It's just a personal preference. They came and said our windows are just the same, but I had problems when I tried to put up hardware. They said I wouldn't have a problem, its just the way I had my curtains hung was on the part that's now aluminum instead of wood. Most people it might not have mattered, its just my treatments were inside.

I'm extremely impressed from start to finish with this company. The windows are great. There was no debris left after installation. The windows are perfectly sealed and look and work beautifully. I'm so glad I no longer have to have pay to have my roof and gutters cleaned over and over. I have large pine trees and keeping the gutter's cleaned was a super hassle.

I didn't use them for the roof replacement, but I appreciated that they were available for a no cost consultation. The gutter replacement went very well both times I have used them.

Wonderful experience. Great crews and quality of work. I will say they do request payment a little quickly after finishing but if it were my business I would do the same. They make sure you are satisfied though. I had a miscommunication with the project manager early on (my fault not theirs) and received a call from the owner after hours to make sure i was taken care of and happy. These guys are wonderful and are all about customer service.

Very smooth sales pitch, lowest of 4 competitors. Salesman was very clear about no payment until project complete and then walk through inspection. Original estimate was three days, then revised to four days. Unfortunately one window miss measured and a second window broken by crew. Revised completion time 5 days. Then a weather delay developed. There was also a sensitivity about timing schedule due to owner working nights, at times, which would require schedule finesse. This was made very clear by me to the salesman and the scheduler of the company before the project was set to start. All seemed to go well until the end of the project. Then the back office accountant became aggressive about rushing the project to collect payment. The miss measured window was delayed and weather also caused a delay. Finally, the last window was installed and then the interior aspect was finished. All through this the labor crew and painters were all understanding. Unfortunately, and literally, the paint had not even dried before I received a call seeking payment. I was informed a supervisor would be stopping buy in roughly 45 minutes and would be expecting payment. I have waited several weeks to cool off from this unprofessional treatment for such a significant homeowner expense. Was considering this company for several other projects initially --- but not now. They will never receive another penny from me and I will also do my utmost to prevent friends from considering this company. Maybe it was a tough month financially for the company, or maybe the accounting staff was given too much access to customers, or just an utter lack of professionalism in the company's management --- who knows? They mistreated a customer and will loose future business. Beware of aggressive collection efforts from this company. Best advice I can give.

It was a very good experience. It was actually two different jobs (windows and gutter helmets), performed by different crews. I just ordered both at the same time. The estimators came, looked, measured, provided estimates. I then set up the two jobs. The crews were professional, quick, and neat. I have a complicated roof line with lots of gutters, so the cost reflected the difficulty of the job. I was extremely pleased with the results. The gutter covers and windows have performed beautifully for over a year in all weather and conditions. I would definitely use this company again.

The crew arrived on schedule, and worked efficiently. They were very considerate of our daily routines, and were as little disruption as possible. I did have to remind them several times about the nails left behind on the yard and in the driveway. They finished all this work inside 10 days. Since then, any time we see a problem with a screen, window, etc., we call them and they come promptly and fix the problem. When they say lifetime guarantee, that's exactly what they mean.

We were extremely pleased with the whole process. The team that did the install did an excellent job and cleaned up well after the job was complete. We had one area that we felt like the metal facia was dented too much and the company came out and replaced it without issue. Since then, we have had a few windows get hazy an the company has come back out and replaced them under the lifetime window warranty with any charges to use for doing it. We went with Aluminum Co. of NC even though they were not the cheapest bid mainly because of other people that we talked to were please with their work. Also, the warranty on the windows (lifetime) could not be matched.

Excellent job. Windows replaced in 1 day (all 17 of them) great crew that is employed by Aluminum Co of NC, Plus they are a locally owned company based in NC. Tried to write more details but system would not allow me to do so!! All I can say is that if you are looking to replace your windows Aluminum Co of NC is a great company to work with. Yes, they cost a bit more than a major chain but much less than some other major window companies. Quality of product was excellent. Customer service A+.

First, the salesman who came to our home to show us what was available was well prepared and very informative. The installation was amazing. The gentleman who came to install it was very professional. He did a phenomenal job and worked tirelessly removing the old door and installing the new one. He wanted us to be completely satisfied before he left our home, and reminded us he would return if we had any problems. We did have a problem with the glass and he came and totally replaced it in a very timely manner. No patch job here. First the front door ? they put in a beautiful new front door and surrounding glass and frame. It instantly made the front of our house look modern. They did an excellent job, it is very solid and well done. The larger part of the project was the back screened in porch. Our porch was very dated and in bad condition. It was fully screened but always a bit of a mess due to the weather. They added footings, framed in the porch and added walls and glass all around and completely refinished it inside and out. It looks beautiful and really opens up our home to the woods and natural areas in our back yard. Once again, our house looks more modern with this addition. Now the team that handled our project ? Patrick was an excellent sales person and offered us multiple options and very helpful suggestions. His vision really helped create what we ended up with. He spent a lot of time with us and never rushed us. The team working on the front door did flawless work. Kevin was our project manager on the sunroom and he and his team did great work as well. Kevin always communicated with us and kept us up on what was being done. He came out regularly to check on progress and work on the parts of the project. He spent time with us on weekends and in the evenings to get things done. All of the work was top notch. Now how the work was done ? everyone was very professional. They always left the site clean and picked up. They worked around our schedules to get things done. They never charged us a penny until the work was done. I have to say, I would not hesitate to work with the Aluminum Company of NC again and highly recommend them.

The Aluminium Company has an excellent variety of products and services, professional installers and a long history with our family of renovation projects.....we have installed all new windows....doors...replaced a roof...and now installed the Gutter Helmut. I expect this will not be our last project. We have also referred friends to the Aluminum Company and were sent a check for $100! Such a deal! Give them a call.

We have used their services several times over the last 14 years for replacement windows, gutters, a sun room addition, and now a new roof. We keep going back to them because they provide high quality products and excellent service. Their entire crew is professional and they are attentive in making our requests their first priority. This time they totally replaced the old shingles, felt, drip edge, flashing, and many sheets of plywood that were showing signs of rot, which was not surprising since our house was built in 1964. They replaced them all and with 25 yr. shingles and new ridge vent. They put up new vinyl siding on the gable ends, replaced soffitt and gutters. They did the whole roof process in 2 days with a crew of 8 hard working men. They sent a different man to do the siding and soffitts, and a special crew to replace the seamless gutters. All these gentlemen were professionals. Unfortunately, they do not do house interiors. If there are any other projects we want done, we will call them first.

They replaced the windows and railings. They have strictly A quality and they are very professional. They cleaned after themselves and they had a full time service and if you need any. They guarantee their service. Something popped out on a couple of the window and after I called them they came out a few days later to replaced them. I found a company that is reliable, has good quality and when you need something contact them.
