They were great. The quality was good and they were very responsive. They were punctual and I like them a lot.

I did not choose the Aluminum Company for the job.

They did a nice job. They removed a previous bay window, and constructed it so you can sit at the window now. They had a few issues when the windows would crack, it took them 3 or 4 times to reorder windows. The guys who came out, were excellent. The windows are great, they are good quality, and they sound proof the house. They also insulated them. The installers knew what they were doing, and they were also fond of my dogs, and approached the whole thing with a good sense of humor, which I appreciated.

They were really quick to come out. They gave me good information, but I was just happy with the estimate I got from another company.

We have been customers with them for about 15-20 years now. All the workers have been very good. They will take care of any issues that arise. Their prices were about mid-range for windows and siding. We found that they give better service. When they were doing the siding work there was some water damaged caused by the gutter guards that had not worked properly and they took care of it at no extra charge.

We were very pleased with the representative we've met with. He was very thorough. With the estimate we thought was fair and that was a good experience we just haven't had the work done.

I used them around April of last year. They are excellent, the quality of work is excellent. They do excellent work. They are really pricey. In this case you will pay a lot, but they are very good. They are really professional, they met all commitments.

The team came and installed the door and explained any changes that they needed to make...and there was no extra charge. Great work! Terrific door!

My wife and I were fed up with the rotting Masonite siding and wood trim on our home. In addition to the poor appearance caused by the rot, we also were fretting about the possibility of water damage occurring behind the siding. We decided to fix the issues once and for all and began to research contractors to replace our siding with Hardi plank and all of the trim with solid core vinyl. We wanted NO materials to remain that would be subject to water damage over time. Another of our requirements was that the original architectural features of the home be duplicated exactly with the new materials (window cross-heads and trim, dormer trim, eave and soffit trim, etc.). The house is large and the job would be complex as there are 10 first andsecond story dormers and lots of custom trim detail. So needless to say we were apprehensive from the start despite the good reviews for Aluminum Company Of North Carolina from friends and on review websites. We told the salesman, Danny, that we are picky about workmanship and we discussed our expectations. We came away from the discussions feeling very confident. Danny was always available to us, even after the job was passed from sales to execution, so there was a continuity of support from start to finish. I believe that he set the stage for what ended up being a very successful project. The construction crew run by Michael was superb. They had attention to detail and obviously had pride in their workmanship. They were also very respectful and courteous while performing their work (important when you have folks climbing around the outside of your house for several months!). By the time Michael and his guys were done, we had a gorgeous, like new, house. Actually better than new. The neighbors, friends, and even folks like the UPS guy have been making make unsolicited comments about how great the house looks. And the best part is that we won't have to worry about exterior maintenance of the house, with the possible exception of repainting it in 15 or 20 years. Bottom line ... We are very, very, happy and strongly recommend this firm

The prices at Aluminum Company of North Carolina were just too high. It was a very high price.

We love our renovated sunporch (so do our kitties) and we are very grateful to the Aluminum Co. of NC for running such a first-rate company! Look no further - these guys are GREAT! Thank you!

It was done in two days! They arrived on time and worked all day. They were very neat so I had very little cleaning to do after they left. I love the windows. I'm sure we'll see a difference in our heating bill this winter.

Rick installed 9 vinyl windows for us. This is the second time that the Aluminum Company has done work for us and I can highly recommend them. Their work is exceptional and the products have been excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever and probably will only get a quote from the Aluminum Company for our next home improvement project.

I only got an estimate for a roof which he quoted at 18,000 and dropped it to 13,000. Even the lower quote was almost double everyone elses quote. He also did not even get on the roof which would have given him a better evaulation of the condition of the roof, but he said he did not have to.

The installer arrived on time. One of the new windows arrived broken and had to be reordered, but came in within the expected time and was installed then. The installer was professional and left the area clean.

I give ACNC an A+ rating on all services performed. ACNC is the only company I ever use.

They were quick, cleaned up, very nice and professional. We will definantly use them again and highly recommend them. They are pricey but you get what you pay for.

I found this company through Angie's list because this is the only company installs and repairs gutter helmet and its overall rating was good. I called to schedule an estimate for the repair of my gutter helmet, and was told someone will call me back. I waited for about a week, but didn't receive any phone call. I called again one week later, and was told no record could be found. I requested appointment again, this time someone did call me back on the same day. I described the problem with my gutter helmet and the guy told me that he will call me back. It is more than one week now, no one had called me back. I figured the company is probably only interested in installation of gutter products, repair is too small for them. With this attitude, how can you imagine the company will provide quality post-service support?

Very happy with the entire process, problems identified that I didn't know were there overall appearance of house changed dramatically.

Overall we are satisfied and would use them again for other services. a few hiccups with scheduling -( job right before us ran over, one window arrived cracked, and on an extra window we ordered after the initial job it did not come in on schedule- one week late), but the team was quick once they started work, professional and hard working. communication was good and they left the job site pretty clean when they were done. worked with us on price when we compared to other quotes we had received. if we decide to do any other remodeling jobs we will likely have them quote them out and would recommend them for windows to our friends.

I purchased several windows and a steel entry door from Aluminum Co.of NC around 5 years ago. At the time, this company told me that there is a lifetime warranty on these windows and door. Little did I realize, they actually meant it!!! Lifetime, means lifetime. I noticed that the windows were showing signs that the gas was leaking from the windows so I called Al. Company of NC. Not only did they give me new windows, the installer looked at the other windows and order new windows to replace them!! The installer came back to install the second set of new windows and explained to me what I need to look for if other windows need replacing. Then he adjusted the steel entry door. On these two different occasions, I had two diffierent installers. Both of these gentlemen were not only professional, but they were actually cheerful! They answered all my questions, they explained and showed me what was happening, and seem to enjoy what they're doing. This company is amazing! I still have a few old windows that need to be replaced and I plan on calling Aluminum Co. of NC without going to anyone else. This is a GREAT COMPANY to do business with.

Crew showed up as scheduled with sufficient manpower to complete job in one day. Needed facia board replacement as well. Afetr negotiated fair price for additional labor and materials, replaced boards and installed gutter. Also painted for me so that everything looked clean and new. Very professional and easy to work with.
