Description of Work: Did not end up using them . I had heard them advertised a lot on radio and felt they had a good reputation, so Icalled for a estimate. I live in a nice average home and run a business next door. The rep came in my business with a very hauty attitude , like you can't afford us I'm wasting my time sort of thing. I asked do want to give me an estimate, so he did. It was outragious,I had three other local estimates, they were almoust double. The rep said we do business mostly with neighborhoods like Black Hourse Run, not neighborhoods like this. With the attitude of this man I likely would not have done business with them raguardless.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate on the work that I needed done. Very punctual and good at following up. I plan to use them in the future.

Description of Work: They never responded at all to my inquiry about replacing 22 windows. Not a large enough opportunity for them? Who knows. Kelly Window and Door replied the next day, and were at our homes (the owner) for 3 hours, 2 days later.

Description of Work: Got an estimate on the phone for an exterior patio door from a salesperson named Dallas. The job is to include a single pre-hung 32" patio door (which has a full length window with lattice) and labor to install it. The total cost estimate was $1500-$1800. By comparison, Lowes' installation price is $215 and the price of the door was $235. I will be going with Lowes'.

Description of Work: We had new shutters installed. Cody, our sales rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair but we knew that the service would be worth it. And we were right! The technicians who came out removed the old shutters and installed the new ones. These have a lifetime guarantee which is great so if they ever fade, we can have them replaced. Also, we loved that our salesman came back afterwards and gave us a thank you letter and gift from the owner. What a nice touch! We will definitely consider using them again.

Description of Work: Window replaced as a result of inspection

Description of Work: This is the 3rd time that I have used Aluminum Co of NC. The previous 2 times were for leaf guarding gutters, siding and windows. This time was for doors. The workers showed up on time did exemplary work and cleaned up the mess. I have a beautiful front door, a double carport storage door and a door to my crawl space. FOR NO CHARGE they fixed the kitchen door that they had put on when I had the siding done. They even come out for a follow up inspection of the jobs done. I love this company and will use them for a metal roof when I save up the $$$.

Description of Work: Put gutter helmet system on our house. They did an excellent job and our gutters are still flowing perfectly without clogs. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Price a little high, but we felt the quality was worth the price. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Description of Work: Requested estimates to repair roof and replace shingles, repair T111 siding and replace on entire home. We were very specific about needing a written, detailed quote on company letterhead in order to obtain financing; we got an email. Attempted to get the necessary documents, but multiple phone calls and passing days made us feel they just didn't want our business. Their competitor got the jobs and did an excellent job.
