They certainly had competitive pricing and worked with a tight schedule on our part. The pre-wiring is complete and we will update our review whe. The installation and monitoring in place.

We had a central alarm that came with the house but without any monitoring or instruction. Had Alarm Man give us an estimate and went with them for the work. They installed 12 window sensors, 2 door sensors and a glass break sensor. They used our existing alarm panel without trying to sell us a new/up graded system. Very easy people to work with, told us what they would do and when they would do it. They showed up on time, preformed their work in a very friendly and professional manner and cleaned up at completion of the job. They offer yearly or monthly monitoring options that don't require you to be locked into an extensive and binding contract. Would definitely recommend them if your looking for an alarm system.

They were very prompt in getting someone out for an estimate, they came out the day after called. The installation crew came out less than a week later and had everything set-up and running in just a couple of hours. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable.

The installer was great and committed to figuring out our odd wiring issue. The house had been prewired when originally built but an alarm had never been hooked up. It wound up taking much longer to figure out the prewiring than they anticipated but the installer was patient and got the job done. He was tidy and friendly. The rep who came for sale was just a regular person, not a slick salesman (one national company we had for a quote) nor a creepy, odd sort (a different local company we got out for a quote). Pricing was competitive with others and their monitoring company doesn't have a longterm contract so that was attractive as well.

Alarm Man came highly recommended by our realtor who is very meticulous about her referrals. We researched about 6 alarm security providers. Some of them were very pushy. Alarm Man is a small family-run business. The owner was prompt in answering the phone. We were able to get service on the date we requested. The owner was courteous and and took a lot of time talking with me. Their pricing is good, and their customer service seems to be excellent.

It took several trips to get them to do what I wanted them to do, they weren't inclined to listen; they tried to tell me I didn't need what I was asking them to do, only to discover I was right when it was too late (floor had already been laid at that point). Also, when monitoring and my alarm went off, they failed to call me before calling the police - I was taking in groceries and turned around to find a policeman in my foyer with his hand on his gun. They are a small family run business, extremely cheap, but you get what you pay for.

They answered all my questions and monitor very well. They are very knowledgeable and provide you with batteries. I would definitely recommend them to other people in my area, including family and friends.

WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY STUCK TO. THEY CAME ON TIME, AND FINISHED THE INSTALLATION IN A SURPRISINGLY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK, AND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SYSTEM.
