Travis worked with my wife on the initial estimates. He was incredibly responsive when we asked for estimates of 3-4 other units, returning with those within 24 hours. He answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, while providing education to us explaining why he recommended a smaller ton unit over the pricier ones recommended by competing HVAC providers. He was the most responsive, yet the absolute BEST in total price by a long shot. When we encountered a backorder on the unit recommended, Travis chose to "upgrade" the coil at no charge to us so the installation could be done on the date he promised. His installation team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They had to remove two small trees to allow the units' distance from the house to meet current codes. The landscaping looked as though they had never been there. They left the portions of the house they worked in cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, I am very impressed with the service from beginning to end, and would (and have) recommended Travis and his team highly.

I can't say enough good about this company. Very professional, courteous and friendly. We have an older heat pump so, based on previous reviews, I chose this company because they don't pressure you to buy a new system if the old one's working okay. After extensive cleaning, they performed a general inspection and explained to me how the variance of the motor capacitor was out of range so we opted to replace that. They even did a test of the heating system as a courtesy even though this was supposed to be only for AC. Needless to say, I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Air Innovations. They really know their trade.

I contacted Travis on a Saturday morning to schedule a time to have him come over and give me an estimate for replacing my current hvac system which is 16 years old. He responded soon after and was at my place an hour later. After inspecting my system he explained that I did not need to replace my system, and explained why my previous contractor had misdiagnosed the problem. Rather than giving me a big estimate for a new system he took some pressure readings and asked that we wait a few weeks and take another set of readings when it gets warmer, and only after that would he be able to accurately diagnose the issue. He was at my place for over an hour and did not charge me anything for the visit. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend Air Innovations!

Everything went quite well, and I highly recommend Air Innovations to anyone who needs care, repair, and/or maintenance of their HVAC system. In my view, a well maintained HVAC system that has all its air filters replaced regularly, and that is inspected and maintained professionally, twice yearly, will give one, years of efficient heating and air conditioning. ,

They're definitely a company that I would use again. They're very responsive. They're quick to answer questions. They explained everything that they're doing. They gave different options and they gave an explanation of why they recommended the system. They stir you based on your budget and making a choice between different options.

My downstairs AC unit stopped working last week during a run of 90 degree days. Another company gave me an appt in 2 days which was going to be brutal due to the heat. By sheer luck, I spotted a truck for Air Innovations literally across the street at my neighbors at 6pm. I called the number on the side of the truck, figuring I would get a secretary in an office to see about appointments, when I was pleasantly surprised that I got Travis who was the one working across the street. He came over when that job was finished, diagnosed the problem and got the system temporarily working (even with still having further jobs to do that evening, and by this time it was after 7pm), and returned the next morning to fix the unit. I liked them so much that not only did I get the unit fixed, but I bought a service contract with them as well as well as a new air filtration system. They then came back today to put in the new filter system onto the units which will help their running lifetime, as well as better filtrate the air in the house. Their prices for all of these services were extremely competitive. I cannot recommend Travis, Shannon, and the rest of this fantastic company enough. I was really impressed that they took the time to come over and work with me, despite it being late in the day with still more work to do. I think this speaks highly to their service and dedication to their customers.

I SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE ON A THURSDAY AND MONDAY AFTERNOON HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT TO MY PLACE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING HIS DIAGNOSIS AND GIVING ME THE POSSIBLE OPTIONS TO MOVE FORWARD. HE WASN'T LOOKING TO CHEAT ME AND I APPRECIATED THAT. I'VE HAD EXPERIENCES WITH COMPANIES LIKE MICHAEL & SONS AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS UPSALE AND YOU CAN'T GET THEM TO LEAVE. I APPRECIATE THAT I DIDN'T FEEL TRAPPED IN MY OWN HOUSE. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH MR. RABINEAU'S MOST ECONOMICAL OPTION SINCE MY HVAC SYSTEM IS VERY OLD. AS OF RIGHT NOW MY A/C IS WORKING WELL AND HOPEFULLY WILL LIVE ANOTHER DAY LONGER WITH MR. RABINEAU'S HELP. I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

Referred to Travis by my neighbor after an earlier leak led to water sitting in a duct in the crawl space which needed to be changed. He called back right away and did the work that same evening. Inspected my AC/heating unit and discovered that my heating was no longer safe. While we talked and I complained of the heat upstairs, he recommended cooling zones which have been wonderful! Will need to replace the unit by the fall and will certainly consider using them again.

This arrived on time to give estimate, helped shovel my snowy driveway and was efficient and pleasant. Doesn't waste time. Very reasonable estimate for the work. Very pleasant person. On time to do install - Careful worker but fast. Prompt with inspection of my mom's HVAC. You can't go wrong with this guy.

So far so good. I finally have heat! I have used them before and they are always fair and do good work.
