Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

Company was very responsive to questions. I noticed that weeds did die after treatments, and have generally stayed under control. Grass is green. This is only after one service, and 3 treatments were included in the big deal. I suspect that the lawn will improve after the other treatments.

Agape called before they were going to show up, they showed up when they said they would, they were efficient in their treatment application, and it appeared that the weeds were reduced.

This was a good deal. They were very repsonsive and did a good job with the work.

They arrived as scheduled (even though they had to push the treatments back one day due to rain) and got right to work. Brent was very responsive and easy to communicate with by email and the technician was personable and got the job done. You can already see the difference in the yard after the first treatment!

At this point only the first installment of treatment has been done so the review only covers up to this time. I have given average for overall experience and quality because the job is incomplete.

I purchased an Angie's Big deal for 120 square feet of walkway. Brent Droege of Agape Lawn Co. contacted me promptly. When he came to look at our yard, he observed that the walkway would tend to dam the water coming from the gutter and recommended extending it under the walkway and offered that his company could do that. He came back another time to work on the layout of the walkway. They started work at the agreed time. The walkway did not end up exactly as it had been laid out, but we were satisfied. Mr. Droege had asked it the dirt that was excavated could be dumped in our natural area. Since we have low areas in the natural area, I agreed that moving pine straw and spreading the dirt, covering it back up with pine straw would be acceptable. However, the dirt was spread out over the top of the pine straw by a Bobcat and not covered with pine straw. The weather was wet, so the dirt held the ruts of the wheels. I was disappointed, but did not complain. Overall, we are very happy with the walkway, felt that the overage charges (we needed more than 120 sq ft and had them do the drainage work) were fair and would do business with them again

This is the first of three application. I will comment on the overall experience after the third application.

Agape gave ample email notification of when my first service would be provided and met that date. The next two applications are still to come.

We are very pleased so far and have found Brent and his staff to be very knowledgable, prompt and professional. The lawn treatments were explained and when and what to expect from each and hopefully they will help our lawn look better.

he emailed to give a heads up of when and how things would happen. he emailed again when it was time for the treatment. he answered any emails we sent to ask questions and followed up with a phone call. they arrived on time for service and did exactly what had been described.

I signed up for the Angie's list deal for lawn service over 3 months. The company was efficient in that they used emails to alert me to the appointment and described in detail what they would do. I had further questions so arranged for Brent to meet with me. He was on time and clearly very knowledgeable. I will likely go to them for further work to establish my lawn once and for all.

Work was OK, no problems with that. I did write Agape 2 times over the past month or so to reschedule services but I never received a response. Brent is a nice guy but it's extremely frustrating to never hear back from emails. I understand if it will take a will to schedule but at least reply back with a response. Because i never heard back, i went with another company. They were fantastic. They got back to me within a couple of days and did a wonderful job.

They emailed me and called prior to their visit. They told me what services they would provide, and when they came, they went above and beyond what I had asked them to do. They were amazing!

Overall I was very happy with the work that was done. I am planning on using this company again for additional yard work.

I first met with Brent on 1/14. I received an estimate via email. On 1/19 I emailed him that with the cold and snow in January I wanted to delay the work until Feb. He responded to my email on 1/20. However after that date he just dropped for the grid. I have not heard from him since then even though I emailed him on 3/3 to start some of the project s- but not all of them. . Today is 3/8 and I have not heard back. Since some of the projects were time sensitive I cancelled the work and hired another provideer. I am not sure why Brent failed to follow-up because he seemed to be quite responsive when were were discussing the work in January. With regard to price I think he is quite high He quoted me $60 to buy and plant a small bush. Lastly, the new provider is doing the work at a fraction of the quote Brent gave me.

All work is not complete. Two more yard applications to go.

very well..they did an excellent job. several delays due to weather and scheduling but didn't have to be home. Excellent comunications on schedule changes.elminated weed problem which had been taking over yard . grass green all season recieving many compliments. very professional.

Brent and his team were incredibly responsive. They were able to fit me in their schedule the same week. I was getting an appraisal on my house and Brent and his crew came out and cleaned my yard of years of broken branches, last year's leaves, pruned trees, cut down a dead tree, and at the end of the afternoon my yard looked AMAZING!!

The service was completed, but not at the "deal" rate, just the regular rate.

First, I saw the coupon and was interested, but wanted to make sure that the patio would only cost the amount listed and not be surprised by "extra" charges. Brent, one of the owners, was nice enough to come to our home and give us an estimate before we had even bought the Angie's List Coupon. The company explained because our yard had a slight slope they'd have to charge a little extra for a retaining wall. We were completely understanding because another company had stated the same thing, but had quoted us several thousand dollars more. After we purchased the coupon, Brent contacted me via email and shared that he wanted to come over, take pictures and then get a digital design done to let us know what the patio would look like. We received the design the next week and were able to choose which one we liked. After we sent Brent our decision, he told me that they could come over the next week and have our patio completed in two days. The company's workers came at 8am and stayed until 5:30pm on the first day. One the second day they were finished with the patio around 12:30pm. The workers had to use small tractors to dig dirt away and a large track was made in our grass. However, when the company was finished with everything, they made sure to clean up all of their things, all of the dirt and they put down grass seed and straw to repair the track of the tractor. My neighbor came over, who used to own his own landscaping company and told me how impressed he was with the patio and the work of the company. We are completely happy with our patio! One of the best things we've done for our home. It was a pleasure working with this company.

The deal was for three separate treatments and they treated my yard three separate times. They did let us know that we are going to be there on this day or we are not able to because it rained and we will be there on this day. They talked about everything with us before the first treatment and communicated with us via e-mail, which was helpful. If we had any questions, he was available by phone. They were professional and prompt, but the actual service was not good and we still have weeds.

SCHEDULED THIS PAST WEEK - THEY WERE RUNNING LATE AND CALLED YO MOTFY ME OF THE CHANGE IN TIME (WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED). THEY CAME DID THE JOB AND CLEANED UP. GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WOTH!

They were very professional. Called when they were coming and let us know when they needed to reschedule due to weather. We noticed fewer weeds.

When they did the applications they left a note that they did it which was nice and the treatment did work!
