I decided to hire them for their weekly lawn service. I haven't been disappointed! They are punctual, professional, and easy to work with. They go above an beyond each week and I couldn't be more thrilled to have found such a reliable lawn service. I highly recommend!

Called them and received an appointed time the next day for one of their employees to come out to clean gutters. He arrived a little late but it was reasonable since it was raining heavy before his arrival. He quickly got to work and cleaned out the second story high gutters at my mom's home with an extension ladder. Appreciate the good work.

They did a fantastic job. Gutters thoroughly cleaned and debris blown/removed. Was very pleased and I was planning on using them again for more home services (windows, pressure washing,etc.) However, I've had a very negative experience with the Agape Lawn Services division, so I will not use any of their other services again. It's a shame.

They initially came out to spray existing weeds in lawn. The following week they came to seed/aerate (Oct. 6, 2016). I think their equipment was faulty, as the aerating job was terrible. A portion of the seed germinated, but did not fill in nicely. The brown dead weeds are prominent. No body came out to check our lawn or apply any further treatments. I contacted Brent 1/17/17 to find out when they were to come out for further treatments, since our lawn looks just as bad as when I contacted Agape in August. Brent replied and told me they shut down their lawn care operations and aren't able to follow up and then gave me the names of 2 other area lawn service companies to call. So we are out of $255, have a crappy lawn and have to find a new company to use. I've used their gutter cleaning services in April 2016 and it was fine. However, I will no longer use any of Agape's home services divisions. They lost a good customer.

We are extremely satisfied. From the first appointment, they showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. When the crew identified additional drainage issues after work started, they notified us, explained, proposed options, and did what we agreed to. We initially contracted just for the back yard. We were so happy with their professionalism and service that we decided to move ahead with the front yard sooner than planned. No complaints whatsoever, we will use them again without hesitation.

The job was horrible done. An initial weed kill session was quoted and scheduled. They decided to not do the work after they arrived and walked the lawn since it was too close to the aeration and overseed schedule date (even though I did ask about this matter beforehand). I clearly marked all of my sprinkler heads. They still ran over them. They also ran their truck into the grass at the road and torn it up. Initial pass, they did not use any straw and completely missed HUGE areas of the lawn. I had to contact them about the straw and the bare areas of the lawn. One guy came back several days later with not enough straw. They finally gave us the bill two months later and still charged for the weed kill session that NEVER happened.

I was surprised by the poor quality of this experience. We had used Agape several years ago at our prior house to do some yard work and had been impressed by the quality for the price we paid. After we moved I had been doing my own reseeding but decided to have it done professionally. Agape seemed to have a good price so elected to go with them. The following were the major issues I had with the interaction: - Filled out a form online with my address and information that said someone would get in touch with me in a few hours. Several days later had to email them when I hadn't gotten a response - They told me someone would have to come out and measure our lawn. They quoted me for a price for a 16000 square foot lawn. I went out and measured with a tape measure and my lawn was approximately 4000 square feet. They did quickly adjust the quote once I sent that information - They did reschedule me at the last minute, which was frustrating as I'd already been scheduled late in the season and had prepped the yard (mowed it down, raked) in anticipation of their work - The day they told me they'd done the work I went to the lawn and found no grass seed. It turns out they had aerated and seeded our old house (despite me having used my new address on the original form and having signed several emails with my new address). They were apologetic when they realized this and did come two days later to aerate the yard. - I have a front yard and then a small back yard. I had told them this in an email. Despite this, they only aerated the front yard and not the back yard. I had been frustrated with all the hiccups and went ahead and aerated and seeded the back yard myself (which I had to scramble to do since it was the end of the season) - I initially didn't receive an invoice and had assumed due to the poor experience they weren't going to charge me. I was going to let it go, but subsequently received an invoice two months later In fairness, I will say that the area that they did aerate and seed is doing quite well. Also, their price was very competitive (you may say you get what you pay for, but I had been happy with they work they'd done several years ago for a similarly low price)

I bought the deal in summer and it took about two months before I heard back from the company. I haven't had good experiences with any of the Angie's List deals that I bought and I was bracing for this to be just as bad. By the time I got in contact with the company, it was almost fall and I didn't want to end up raking up all my newly laid mulch with the falling leaves. So I asked if they could postpone the delivery until after Thanksgiving when I would anticipate being done with most of the leaf cleanup in the garden areas where I wanted the mulch spread. They were very accommodating of my request, even though it was technically beyond the date when the promotional value of the deal needed to be used. When the delivery date arrived, the crew showed up as promised. My only complaint would be that company didn't give us a time when we could expect the crew, and they arrived first thing in the morning, around 8:00. So literally, my only complaint would be about more detailed scheduling in advance. But the crew was fantastic. I did have my garden beds prepped for them to spread the mulch, but they went ahead and blew the leaves off my lawn and some other areas around the yard. They were also very meticulous about spreading the mulch and keeping garden and grass spaces well defined. They even got down on hands and knees to neatly spread the mulch around stepping stones that were in the garden areas. So to sum up, they were flexible in scheduling to meet my needs, and then the crew was fantastic in performing the actual work. I'm definitely going to use Agape again!

They were very professional and did a great job. So much so that I hired them again to do the same plus clean my windows.

They planted several different plant varieties working through their lunch hour to complete the project in one day. They worked hard all day. I would highly recommend them.

It worked out well. They did not charge any more. They initially billed me more, but I let them know that I purchased it through Angie's List and they apologized. So they didn't charge anymore. They were very good. The guy who came out was professional, thorough and took his time. It wasn't that they had to do a lot, but he was knowledgeable. What they had to do, they did well. They were responsive. They didn't call me. I waited a little while and I called them. Once I called, they were on it. What stuck out was that the young man who came out took his time and checked everything and explained what he was doing and why.

Purchased gutter cleaning for $110 through Angie's List. Thirteen days later, Agape Home Services still has not contacted me and email to the company goes unanswered. Requested refund.

Just a horrible experience from day 1. Guy comes out 4 hrs late. Says they must do an initial clean up before they start a weekly maintenance program. He says its $50 an hour for two guys so I say ok my yardvisnt thst bad so lets do 5 hrs clean up and other things like lay mulch I have, weed, clear a septic field of over growth. After all is done, they didnt finish all the work, the owner Brent told me thst the correct fee is $50 per man per hour and they sent 4 guys. I argued to no avail. Then the 2nd week during weekly maintenance Agape sprayed and killed a bunch (45) 4 yr old mondo grass plants. Again Brent was very argumentative and said he doubted his guy did it, after confirming it was done by his guy he offered to replace them which took almost 3 months. I had dead mondo grass around my pool the last half of summer. I feel Agape is poorly managed, poorly trained and has no interest in keeling thier clients happy. It only about the money. I understand and will never use them again and would tell anyone with a substantial investment in your yard to steer clear of Agape.

Installation was fine but placement is not ideal and really only one of the drains is catching water. Plus the charge for the work done was very high. I feel one catch drain would have been enough. I have many negative issues with this company.

I have not used the service yet but am scheduled to have yard work done this fall.

At first, I was pleased when they fit me into their tight schedule to winterize my irrigation system the same week I called. Then, I was a little bit upset when they never showed up or called me to tell me that they would not be coming. When I called them the following week (and I was quite gracious about their no-show), they barely offered an apology, cited an equipment error, and promised to call me back later the same day to reschedule service. The straw that broke the camel's back is that they never called me. Not that day and not days later. I hate writing negative reviews but I felt compelled to write one for their failure to provide such basic and important customer service. I can easily forgive equipment errors and mistakes. I cannot forgive completely leaving me out in the cold and breaking a promise to communicate with me. What gives?

I cannot recommend this service provider. The dryer vent was not cleaned, but a vent cap far away from the dryer on the house was damaged, meaning that in addition to having to do the work myself that I hired someone to do, I now have to have the damage caused to the house repaired. I described the location of our dryer vent via email to the company, but the workers did not have the information and then could not locate the dryer vent on their own. The vent was just under our back deck. They decided that a vent cap on the side of the house (away from the dryer, and on the second floor) must be the dryer vent (dryer was on the first floor). They broke the cap, which I must now have repaired. The service manager was professional and responsive via email, but I didn't receive a refund, they didn't offer to come out and make it right, and they did not offer to repair the damage to the house.

When we had Agape grade and establish a lawn in our backyard, they were sloppy and neglected the corners of our lot. The wife and I decided that we would plant some trees and bushes in the corners and not worry about it. So the mistake worked out, but it was still a mistake and I just decided that we would t use them again. Fast forward to this fall, I made a last minute decision to not reseed my own lawn and out of sheer laziness, I jumped on an advertisement from Agape. Our results have been terrible. The back lawn has had absolutely zero new growth. Thy also never let me know when they were coming, so I wasn't able to mow my lawn low for best results. I'm very dissatisfied and let them know, but never got any response. Was planning to keep my review private, but given that I got no response, I'm a little upset about it. Save yourself the frustration and find another company.

They are the best company I've ever used for this service. Knowledgeable, prompt, accessible and reasonable are their standard operating procedures of the company. I most highly recommend these folks, and I mean all employees as well.

Aeration, fertilizing and seeding was spotty. Complained and when they returned they addressed some but not all areas and put down so much fertilizer it left burned streaks in my lawn. Other areas were bare with no seed. Had to finish the job myself. I sent pictures to the owner, but never heard from him.

Great! We plan to have them return next year for a repeat. The hard working crew worked for a good part of the day, completed all that we asked and cleaned up after their work. We will definitely want them back and perhaps have some bushes removed.

Was only expecting a basic aeration and over seeding treatment, but they put down top soil and straw in several bare areas around our lawn. Was pleasantly surprised by the extra effort.
