Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

Excellent work. We've used Brent and Agape for two years now, and couldn't be happier. They do all our mulching, seeding, and other yard work. Will continue to use them.

We bought a "Big Deal" package for landscape design consultation. Once we were able to find a time to meet, the consultation lasted about 45 minutes. Pictures were taken of the front of the house and photoshoped to give us an idea of what some of the bushes and flowers would look like. I was hoping for more of an official blueprint-type landscaping design that would be easier take to any landscaper and there not be any confusion as to what needed to be done. This service was advertised to be worth $300 and I would have been disappointed if I actually paid that much for what was done. For $99, I feel like we barely got what we paid for.

They were great. They are very efficient and they do a great job. Everything I've ever had them do has been excellent. They're very knowledgeable, courteous and they are very need when they did the work. I've used them for several things and I just think very highly of this company.

Never responded to my calls.

It was fine. They were very pleasant and prompt. I just hadn't followed up with them to do anything yet. They came out within a month of purchasing the deal. They were very easy to talk to. They had good ideas that they threw out while we were walking around and talking. They were obviously trying to sell so they were probably trying to think of me having to do more than just the front yard which I was thinking. But they were very pleasant and weren’t pushy. They had very good ideas to try and make modifications and stuff so things would look cleaner and better. I had a general idea of how I wanted it to end up looking. I wanted things to look cleaner and less cluttered. They were basically working with my broad sense of how I wanted the lawn to end up looking. They were putting in their sense of ideas of how they could make it look sort of cleaner. They told me how we can do that without changing the whole feel of the yard and not having to replant and repurchase everything. They basically did what I wanted them to do. They weren’t pushy with me about following up.

I was disappointed. Spoke with Brent initially and set up the appointment right away for Friday. They didn't show nor did anyone call to let me know. I tried to call Brent on the phone but could not leave a message all day because his voicemail was full. I the contacted them by email in the evening and received a response Saturday a.m. saying they would show on Saturday around 12:30. When the workers did show up an hour late Brent was nowhere. He sent 4 workers all of which did the job in 20 minutes but it was more of an assembly-line experience. The seeding and fertilization was done but minimally. I had wanted to talk to Brent about doing more work but since he never showed and the experience was bad that will be a no.

The rep changed appointments twice and failed to keep one. After coming to my house, their rep promised an estimate in 2 days. I never heard from him. I called several times and got no response to my calls. Very unprofessional.

It worked out fairly well but not as well as the other service providers that we have used. When they were in here, they provided well but there responsiveness was not quite as good. We have used them for a couple of different things. We started with them probably in the beginning of the summer up until last week. We would probably use them again in the future.

We were VERY pleased. They were professional, kind, and thorough. Their work was impeccable and their follow through impressive.

Everything has gone very well. They are always on time and do great work. We have been very pleased with them so far.

The company was very responsive. They came out and did an estimate quickly. Once scheduled they arrived promptly- walked through the property to understand my expectations and then got to work. Once the work was complete we again walked through the property. My main complaint was the price. The reason I went with Agape was that I was frustrated with working with one person to mow, one person for fertilization and weed control, another person to aerate and seed and someone else to trim and plant annuals. Multi vendors were certainly cheaper but most of them were unreliable which is how the yard got so out of control. The lawn kids broke my sprinkler heads .... I was looking for a single company to provide all of the service and this was a test to see of Agape was the company. Based on the work completed I am signing a one year contract. Again, the price is higher than I would like ....

I have a small yard - front and back. They said it wouldn't be a good deal for me as there wouldn't be enough work to be worth $99.

Terrific. Good communication regarding scheduling. Appointments were kept and on time. Service personnel were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very satisfied with the work and results. I have recommended Agape to friends and neighbors.

Overall, I was pleased with the service. The weather created issues with the schedule, but since I didn't need to be home there was no inconvenience to me. One treatment for weeds did not seem to have an effect (I think it rained several times immediately after it was applied and that probably caused the problem). I called Agape, and they came back and re-applied the treatment at no extra cost. The service feels very personal, not like you're just one of a gazillion customers. My one suggestion to their company would be to communicate a little more about when they are finished with the service. They leave a little sign by the driveway each time they come, but it fell on me to remember how many times they were coming and what they did each time. A small communication at the end of the service would have been a nice way to wrap up our arrangement.

Did the work as scheduled and the service was reasonable. I would recommend.

We called Apgape 3+ times and he would take 1-2 weeks to call back. Then we missed the call and tried to call him back and he never returned our phone calls. We decided not to use him if he woudln't even respond to new business it was a sign of how he would be to schedule and work with.

The application went well. I called and asked for a revisit and they sent a technician back out that did spot treatmentsfor the weeds that did not die with the first treatment.

The first two treatments were as expected; they emailed me when the treatments would be done. The third treatment was done much later than I expected based on the Big Deal description. I had used them once before to spread compost, and that had gone smoothly. Overall I have no major complaints with Agape, although I have found another lawn service I prefer for ongoing services.

there service was fine and is comparable to the other lawn services out there. we are wanting to avoid the more toxic substances now, however, as I am a cancer survivor. there was always a strong smell after they came and I would feel nauseous. if we do anything like this again, we will use a company that uses safer, maybe even organic substances.

I reached out via email, followed up with a phone call which went to voicemail. After leaving a message with my contact information, two days later I received an email asking whether someone could 'come by and provide an estimate' or if I had any time to be at home when the estimate was provided. After responding to the email and stating that I would rather be at home when they took a look at my property, I haven't heard back from them. I've called twice since then but to no avail.

My initial call was returned promptly, an estimate was given quickly, and the work was scheduled and completed sooner than promised. Brent's crew is extremely quick and thorough. They were able to remove 5 small trees along with all the weeds and brush. The yard was completely cleaned out when they left. I could not believe they completed all this work in one morning. I was very happy with the work and would use them again if needed.

I emailed Agape to ask if they could haul away debris (hedge trimmings, weeds, small bush branches) and they initially responded promptly that they could perform the task and wanted to confirm the date. I responded with some approximate days and also asked if they performed other services. I didn't hear back so I followed up the next week with another email in case my previous email was overlooked. I didn't hear back so a week later I called just in case their email system could be down and as of today I still haven't heard anything. If someone doesn't take the time to respond after several attempts in a timely manner it raises uncertainty in how reliable they are in business. It also brings their professionalism into question. If for some reason they were not able to perform the job it would have been courteous to inform me. Hopefully, nothing dreadful happened.

Three men arrived on time and commenced to loading the mulch. Did the job quickly and accurately.

They showed up on time and did a good job with the area I requested. I did ask them to give me an additionsl quote for a bigger area and to call me but I never heard back from them that day. They cleaned the agreed upon area and left so that is why I rated them lower on responsiveness.

We have centipede and St. Augustine grass for the most part - not fescue as many area yards are... This required different type treatment and timing of treatments.. contacted them to advise and the adjusted my treatments to meet my needs. The very rainy cool spring made scheduling of treatments a bit more difficult for them, but they contacted us to let us know when the rain made them have to delay or rearrange their treatment schedule. We noticed a great improvement this summer in our yard and will definitely use them again.
