Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

They did what I expected them to do but it did not really make much of a difference in my yard. I really do not know if it had anything to do with what they did. It probably would not matter if they did it because I have talked to some of my other neighbors and they said that they had gotten lawn service before and it did not really make that much of a difference just because of the type of soil that is in our neighborhood. They did what they said that they were going to do. I just could not really tell the difference. I never saw them because every time that they came, I was not there. For all I know, they could have came and just stuck a sticker in my yard that said, "Stay off the lawn. Chemicals have been sprayed." I am guessing that they did what they said they were going to do but I never saw them and I never interacted with them. I did not spend any more than the big deal price and they probably did the work within 30 days after I purchased the deal. I cannot say if the service was good or bad but their pricing was pretty reasonable. It was not fantastic but it was not bad. I cannot say good or bad on their punctuality either. I would probably not use them again in the future.

All of my contact with Agape has been via e-mail with Mike Hall, and I have found him to be extremely responsive. The work we had planned required about 3/4 of a day, and we were able to schedule it within just a couple of weeks of my initial contact. The scheduled date had to be revised due to snow, and Mike was very proactive about notifying us and rescheduling promptly. Mike did all of the work himself. He showed up on time, worked hard, and was cheerful, personable and informative throughout. Several times he stopped to ask questions or to show us potential issues with the job. When the job was over, we walked around to review his work before he left. It was evident that he had done a good job. Then, several days later, he e-mailed to ensure we were satisfied and to offer to resolve any issues we might have (we had none). Our gutters are just 1 year old, and had never been cleaned; they clearly needed it. Our dryer vent is 22 years old, and had never been cleaned. It needed cleaning as well! Based on Mike's service, it seems highly likely that we will have him perform these two jobs for us on a regular basis.

It went fine. Weather issues delayed the service several times but that was understandable. Gutters are clean and they cleaned up droppings so very pleased. Would recommend.

Service was professional, timely and thorough. When heavy snow necessitated rescheduling our appointment, Mr. Hall found a time that fit our schedules. We will contract for fall + late spring service.

Everything went well right from the initial contact with Michael to the completion of the job. Michael and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts of my 2600 sq. ft. house, as well as my 22'x24' detached garage. Michael was quite professional and thorough. I waited until we had a major rainstorm before writing this review. We just had one, and I am happy to report that the gutters and downspouts all worked perfectly.

After several reschedules due to weather, the service went fine. I was not home but received an e mail with the planned date. They were very communicative via email every step of the way. They also gave me some quotes on other services they do which all seem very reasonably priced.

I was very impressed and would certainly use this company again. I purchased a Big Deal and was promptly contacted by email to schedule the appointment. They had to postpone twice because of weather/snow issues (completely understandable), but both times notified me immediately and set a new date. They cleaned up all of the debris. They did an excellent job in every way.

It took a while to get the job done, but that was because of the weather, not because of Agape. Indeed, they were great about keeping in touch with me to let me know when they could or could not come. Having dealt with companies who did not communicate in the past, I appreciated this effort. The gutter cleaning itself was exemplary. They even blew off our driveway near the house and our back deck.

We purchased an Angie's coupon for this service. They emailed to schedule the service, and replied promptly when I had a question. They were great - did the work promised and were on time and very professional.

Very impressed with this company!! First, I left a voicemail for Brent to come and give us an estimate on the work. He returned my call very quickly and was out for an estimate the next day. He arrived right on time and was very professional and easy to deal with. He emailed me an estimate by 5pm that day, as he said he would. The price was great, so we scheduled the work. His team arrived just as scheduled and did a great job for us. They were very nice and did exactly what we wanted. Brent followed up with an email to me asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I replied with a big "yes". I will use this company in the future. In fact, they are scheduled to spread pine straw in late March and do some weekly mowing for us. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that provides such great customer service.

Michael and his partner performed the job as agreed upon. Michael was very professional and accommodated a special request having to do with my pets. The only small glitch occured when he had to reschedule the original appointment, but he was able to come out a couple of weeks later at a time suitable to me.

It went great! The team was on time. They worked hard and steady. The lead came to the door for me to do a walk-around and make sure everything was to my liking and standards. The lawn and drive are transformed.

This was a deal provided by Angies. The appointment was rescheduled several times due to weather - that is beyond their control. When the weather finally cooperated, the appointment was made for 4:00. They arrived at 5:45 and the daylight was going. I had planned to also have a window cleaned, but did not want that done in the dark. They worked on the gutters, but I got no feedback on what they found - were they badly fouled or pretty clear?

They did an excellent job. I asked that they come anytime during the week while my wife and I were at work. They came out Tuesday and did a stella job cleaning all my gutters and making sure nothing was left behind on the ground or deck. Excellent job.
