After two reschedulings due to bad weather, they came and did the job on the day they said they would. They cleaned up very well.

The service was great. They had to re-schedule a number of times because of the weather but it was not really under their control.

Purchased the $79 gutter cleaning deal from Angie's List in February. Oh, what a winter. Michael and I became more accurate than NOAA in predicting ice, snow or heavy rain. You could bet even money that whatever day we scheduled the cleaning that something was going to fall from the sky and if it was snow or ice it would hang around in the gutters for a week. I was really impressed about good Michael was about keeping in touch and rescheduling. He is very conscientious and finally at some point the gutters were cleaned. I was so impressed with Michael that I decided to hire him to pressure wash my house, deck and driveway. The house is done using a low pressure wash and I was surprised at how well it came out. The deck was done using a high pressure wash. Michael spent several hours (some while it was raining) on it and I was amazed when it dried up. It looks brand new, ready to stain or paint. The driveway came out good as well. For the money, having a driveway cleaned is a great investment if you are preparing your house to put on the market as we are. I feel like I got a lot for my money. Michael took his time, never rushing to finish. He just made sure the job was done right. Highly recommended.

Neighbors have commented that this is the best lawn that I have ever had. That is due in large part to the work of this company.

They contacted me immediately. Then we had to schedule around the rainy days. They were good about communicating when they could not come. Finally they were able to come in-between rain storms. Michael personally came out and cleaned my gutters one morning. We do have a metal roof, which was slippery and he was very careful. He was able to clean out everything and I was happy with the service. He also cleaned up well too. I also got some other estimates from them for window washing and pressure washing; and he was prompt with providing those estimates.

It went as advertised. Michael was a nice guy.

They contacted me initially, then there was a big gap. They contacted me again to explain there was a health problem in the family. When they finally got back to me, they gave me a date weeks away, plus at a time I would be out of town. I told them this and days later got another response saying they would see me on that same date. When I responded that that day wouldn't work, I didn't hear back. When I canceled with them today, I was told they'd emailed me with a different date, but I don't have that email. I can't find an email with the coupon code and at this point I don't remember the amount.

After being cancelled and rescheduled a couple times already, he emailed at 8am this morning stating that it was "too wet" to do the work. We were scheduled at 8am for the work this morning. He stated in the email he'd be out later this afternoon when it was dryer out. We talked on the phone later in the morning and confirmed after 2pm would work. He then called me around 12:30 this afternoon stating his truck broke down. After several cancellations and rescheduling I've decided to cancel the service. Mike Hall was very polite, courteous, and professional in our communications. The number of times he had to reschedule made things very inconvenient for us.

I was expecting a professional design consultation. WHat I got was a 'Well, you can put some knockout roses over here and some encore azaleas over there'. I could have gotten that at Lowe's or Home Depo!. Nothing innovative or unexpected. It took forever to get them to even send me a list of the plants they suggested (the few there were) and I never id get a plot plant and planting guide like I thought I would.

Very well they cam when they said they would contacted me via email and phone wish I could reach them now have been unable to locate them to use them again.

Very good after some delays due to the snow and bad weather but they showed up and performed a very good job of cleaning the leaves from my gutters and clearing out the leaves once they had gotten them out of the futters.

Agape always does a great job, we have used them a few times for spring/fall clean up and mulching. Many neighbors always compliment the work after they leave

They were punctual and completed our entire home in less than 1 hour. Did a great job and I will use them for window cleaning services. Waiting for an estimate now.

Agape was very responsive and kept contact at all points in the process. The bad weather delayed the gutter cleaning but they made sure to update me as soon as possible. I really appreciated Michael coming when he did and helping me out with the bulbs i our foyer as well. He was extremely pilot, professional, and thorough! We will be using them again.

Michael Hall is committed to providing outstanding service. It reflects in every area of customer engagement. By the time the weather permitted the cleaning work to be done on my gutters, I knew that they would be done perfectly. And they were, the gutters look great and there was absolutely no evidence left over that the work had been done. I cannot sing high enough praises for Michael Hall and Agape Home Services. If I could have, I would have given a higher grade than A in all areas scored in the survey. I just wish he could train all of the other service providers in the area.

Mr. Hall called to reschedule due to inclement weather, but he came promptly on the rescheduled date, did a good job, and cleaned up after.

Mike was responsive and kept me aware when his schedule had to change. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, even cleaning up the lawn where the leaves from the gutters had landed.

Mike emailed within 1 day of payment to schedule an appointment which was scheduled for 2 weeks out. Mother Nature brought snow and ice so things were postponed for the safety of his crew. Mark kept me informed, and was quick to reschedule. He did a great job and I will hire him again..

|scheduling conflicts due to weather caused some delays and we were initially told someone would need to be present for the vent clean-out but later were told it was not necessary. a little confusing.

Great! Showed up on time. Courteous. Owner sent several friendly emails before and after service.
