When I called to make sure the service had been performed he said he had done it. It rained the next day and indeed the gutters were nice and clean.

Did a neat job, cleaning up all of the leaves that he removed from the gutters. Only problem was in the scheduling, which is why I gave him a B in responsiveness instead of an A. He sent me an email with the date the service was to be performed and I had that on my calendar. A few days before this date, he sent a reminder for the service, which is great. Unfortunately, I did not read the email entirely and the date he was confirming was for the following week, not the originally scheduled date. I waited for him on the originally scheduled date and thought he was a no-show. When I looked at the last email correspondence again I noticed the date change. I contacted him and we got a new date set up, which worked for both of us. Overall, he was a nice individual and did a good job so I would recommend him.

Agape did a wonderful job with all of the clean up areas we indicated. Also, when they had more time they showed great initiative and integrity by doing additional work and filling out the full time in a hard working manner. Unlike many of the reviews posted in the Big Deals where the homeowner is purchasing a set number of hours and feels that they were not given the true value of those hours, Agape really delivered. Also, this is the second time we've used them and would definitely hire again.

They were about 25 minutes late, but other than that all went well. Not only did they pressure wash the siding and clean the dryer vent, but when they did the siding inside the screened in porch they took the time to remove the cushions and chairs from the porch and gave it a once-over as well which was a nice added bonus and makes the porch look better than ever. Definitely would recommend them, in fact have already done so, to people we know.

When they came to my house they saw that they could not remove the gutter guards that were in place and would not be able to do the work. He then refered me to someone who could.

Once I purchased the deal and confirmed all of the details. The service was scheduled for a time that happened to be when I was out of town. All of the work was done upon my return. Fast, easy, and appears to be very thorough. They left my yard clean. I would hire again.

It went fine, though at times they used weed-whackers to "weed" the beds, which didn't really achieve the goal I was looking for. I'd say the overall value was so-so.

I wasn't home when the service was provided, but I had very quick and clear communications with Agape. I am very pleased with their service. I would use this company for other projects based on my first experience.

After reading all of Agape's top notch reviews I was excited to hire the company to transform my yard in time for Spring! At first everything was going as expected. Brent came to my house to assess the work I needed done and promptly emailed me the next day with the break down of the cost. In response, I told him about a few changes I wanted to make and indicated I was ready for him to get started. The problem is: I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN! I tried making contact by calling/voicemails several times but still no response. I am aggravated and disappointed by Agape's lack of professionalism, accountability and integrity.

We are happy with the results. The team was on time and completed the work as promised. Their bid came in the highest of the providers I'd contacted, but I'm happy with the quality of work and would hire them again.

I hired Agape Lawn company in the spring of 2013 for weed control and fertilization of my lawn and the lawn of my rental property. The weed control and fertilization seemed to do the job of controlling weeds and the grass was looking fairly good. I also had them remove some rose bushes from the side of my house and replant with a more compatible shrub. After removing the roses, I was told the new plants would have to be ordered and then would be planted. I waited a ridiculous amount of time to have the new shrubs installed. Finally, after many attempts to reach Brent by both phone and email with no response I saw that he was on Google talk and messaged him that I was highly disappointed and was canceling my order and any future services. I also sent him pictures of the horrible mess on the side of my house. Brent apologized and stated they would be out to finish the job. After he kept his word, I relented and kept Agape Lawn Company for the rest of the season. Well, that was a big mistake! In August, they came to do the aeration and reseeding. A week prior to reseeding they sprayed all the Bermuda grass to kill it and then reseeded the following week. Unfortunately, none of the seed germinated on the sprayed areas. They did not wait long enough between spraying and seeding. Since I had a good bit of Bermuda grass, I now have NO lawn. The guy who mows for me came by last week and said "Where is your lawn?" That is how bad it is! On March 27, I emailed Brent and requested he come by and look at both lawns. Today is April 8 and I have not heard a word from him. After a week of waiting for him to contact me, I sent an email canceling any future service from Agape Lawn Company. I am disgusted and appalled by the lack of customer service and just plain "not caring" from this company. This has been a real wake-up call to me that you can't believe all those "A" ratings on Angie's List. In fact, I wonder how this company managed to get such good reviews if this is how their customers are treated. Brent just vaporizes when you try and contact him...no response, no follow-up, nothing! Shoddy business practice!

They have always been great, here when they say they will, very professional and our lawn looks GREAT! Will continue to use them going forward and tell others of their service.

The provider was very prompt in getting back in touch with us and scheduling service. He was courteous, the work was well done, and we would definitely employ his services again.

It went well, we had a couple downspouts that were plugged and they got things cleaned out and running smoothly.

When I first used Agape (Brent) he was responsive and did a good job helping get my lawn started last fall. However, recently he has completely disappeared. I have emailed and left several messages with no reply. My lawn looks green but is way overdue to be mowed. I'm having to call other lawn service providers to get it handled.

Michael was great. He had to reschedule but his communication was timely and he did a great job on our gutters.

They did a lot of work and removed a bunch of bushes and such. They did some lawn treatment. They were supposed to do a treatment for grubs and it didn't work so I had to call them back out. I was partially satisfied. I felt like the communication wasn't really good and their responsiveness wasn't really good. I had a couple of issues that I had to get after them to get it fixed and the last issue they never responded and never did anything about it.

His price was too high, doubled the amount of everybody else. He was very nice, professional, very knowledgeable,and nice so we stuck with him. He lives in our neighborhood and his price was good and he even gave us upgrade on the pride. He came right over.

We had played phone and email tag back and forth several times for a month and a half. We had some scheduling problems, and when I spoke to him, I told him specifically not to come to my daughters home, but he did anyways.

After two reschedulings due to bad weather, they came and did the job on the day they said they would. They cleaned up very well.
