I was very pleased from the start. Michael was very prompt in responding to my e-mail and in scheduling a convenient time to clean my gutters. He arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do and went right to work and did an excellent job. He also cleaned up afterwards and everything looked great. At a later date I also met Kenneth from Agape who was also on-time, very polite and professional and did an excellent job taking care of my clogged gutters. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Agape for this service.

Went fine. The guy was nice. Had a little mis-communication originally about when they were coming. I think that was my fault. The person arrived on time and was polite. I guess I was expecting that the gutters would be CLEANED though, not just blown out. I suppose if it's not necessary, then they don't? It hasn't rained since the cleaning but I'll be curious to see if everything flows better now. Apparently, the back of the house was the worst.

House looks great. Will have them out again when needed.

Friendly, efficient young man (Kenneth) arrived a bit early and made a huge difference in my home's appearance in a short time (about 2.5 hours). However, there was some confusion regarding the schedule. I was offered and and accepted an appointment for Mon, May 19 (I have the email message). When I called about 12 noon that day to find out when they were coming, Michael told me I was scheduled for 8am the next morning. I work at home so it wasn't a big deal, but if I had stayed home from work to meet them I would have been most displeased. Would recommend Agape to others, but perhaps it would be a good idea to call a day or two ahead to confirm the appointment.

They arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. Courteous and efficient. The job was successfully completed and felt like a good value. I would definitely use them again.

Owner advised us not to aerate lawn at that time. Very honest!

Got the contractor from the deals from this site. I was contacted right after via email and phone to schedule the appointment. Very professional and punctual. Very honest too since they advised that since I did not have any debris and my last service was done 2 years ago, that y would probably be good to go for another two years.

Communicating with Mr. Hall was a great pleasure! He was easy to reach and quick to return emails and calls when unavailable. He was able to schedule us quickly and worked around our busy schedule. Mike and his partner arrived a few minutes early and completed the services very quickly. I can't believe how clean our home looks after the cleaning. One side of our house was covered in green mold and they got all of it off. I didn't realize how dirty my windows actually were until they started cleaning them. The guys did a wonderful job and we will definitely hire them again in the future!

Everything went perfectly! Mike and his partner arrived a few minutes behind schedule, however, this was the only hiccup. They started with the dryer vent and I cannot believe the amount of lent that they were able to remove. I could immediately tell a difference in the amount of air that was passing through the dryer vent after it was cleaned. After seeing this I will be having this done once a year from now on. The house wash went much quicker than expected. In the past I used a local company that uses high pressure to clean the house and I noticed that it chipped the paint on my trim. Agape used a low-pressure wash that thoroughly cleaned my home without using high-pressure that could further chip away the paint. My house looks like it just got a new pint job! Just wonderful. Finally, they completed the window cleaning of the outside windows. After walking around to inspect each window there are no streaks and it almost looks like there is no window there. Overall I am very pleased with this service and have already told friends and neighbors about Agape. A job very well done!

They arrived as scheduled. Cleaned gutters and insured proper drainage throughout the system. Removed all debris from the yard, blew off deck, etc. They worked hard and fast. We added cleaning out the dryer vent while they were here. We plan to set up annual cleaning with them.

I was working at home the day they came by. I noticed when they started washing that they were missing the mildew on the underside of my soffit vents. I could easily see this from inside my house, but I knew they were standing at an angle outside the house where they couldn't see it. When I mentioned this to Michael he said "we're not finished yet." I waited until they were finished and by then they had missed these inside soffit areas around the entire house. So they had to get their soap/bleach mixture back out and go around the entire house again. Unfortunately, they did not rinse these chemicals off of my walls and windows. The next morning I woke up to major soap streaks on many of my windows (see attached pictures). But what concerned me even more was that I knew these chemicals had also been left on my stucco walls. Michael was aware that I had painters coming to begin work the following Monday. Not only could the chemicals damage the stucco, but they could also interfere with the painting results. I wrote Michael and asked them to come back ASAP to remove the chemicals. He responded that they would try to work it in sometime during the following week. I wrote him a second time and expressed the urgency of getting the bleach removed, because each day it remained on the walls it was eating away at the stucco. I even made arrangements to work from home Monday because by this time the chemicals had been on my walls and windows for four days, but no one came by or contacted me. I ended up spending a couple of hours trying to wash off the chemicals myself with my garden hose and a sprayer. I've attached a picture of the residue that was washing off the walls. I was able to get a lot of the chemicals off the windows but I will still need to hire a professional window cleaner to completely remove them. In addition the gutters were not cleaned properly. They had grey streaks that required a more forceful spray than the gentle spray that was used on the stucco, but when I asked Michael to do this I was again ignored. He said the stains were coming from my roof and would require a special $300 cleaning process to remove, even though I had always had them removed successfully in the past with basic pressure washing.

The provider was very responsive and immediately contacted me via email after I purchased the deal through Angie's List. They scheduled a time with me via email within 24 hours and completed the service within a few days.

Mike scheduled the gutter cleaning, but due to the awful winter weather we had it had to be rescheduled a few times. He kept me updated promptly and the service was eventually done well. Can't complain - sometimes Mother Nature is in charge!

I purchased the service through Angie's list and communicated over the phone and on the list to schedule the date and ask questions regarding the service. Michael was easy to talk with. He and his coworker showed a few minutes later than scheduled time but they were quick at work. I was amazed by the amount of lint cleaned out from the dryer vent. They went on power washed the house and within a hour and a half, the five year worth of green algae at the back of the house was completely gone. Overall I'm a very pleased customer and will definitely give them my business in the future.

They were good. They came out and did a good job. I thought they did fine and did what they said they were gonna do.

They did an excellent job. Mike and another coworker arrived as scheduled. The home was cleaned very well. They even got to a very dirty, hard to reach spot and cleaned it to perfection. The house looks very good and I will hire them again. Gutters were very packed with leaves but now all cleaned. Thanks guys very a job well down!

We purchased the deal on 3/28/2014 and it took about a month for the work to be completed. It seamed that it would rain or they would have a mechanical breakdown every time the work was scheduled. The problem was that the next schedule was 4 or 5 days after the missed appointment. I was in no great hurry, but it was somewhat frustrating. I note from other reviews that this is not an uncommon experience.

They had some equipment issues so initial spray was delayed. I was waiting for them to spray and then was going to mow 2 days afterwards. By the time they sprayed I was going to be out of town when I wanted to mow. This was important to me because my dog sometime chews the weeds so we were not going to let him in the yard until I could mow them down. I explained this to Brent and he said because the delay was on them he would do a free mowing, which they did. Great! Loved this company but that is the end of the love. They were suppose to come out 7 times in the year but totally missed the schedule I had to call and remind them after months and then it took them months to send me a bill.

They never did anything. After about six weeks, they finally showed up after many different times of scheduling. They said they were going to recommend what plants I could put out and give me a landscape drawing. It was nothing more than what I did on a piece of paper. I haven't done anything with them. They made several appointments but they didn't actually come out until almost June. I was working out of town when they finally emailed me the stuff. It was like August before I got that information. All I got was like a drawing that you could do on a computer. There were no suggestion of plants or pricing, etc. The guy that was here said he was going to have that all sent to me, but it never happened. I just got tired of dealing with them. I learned my lesson. At the time that I signed up in April, I needed someone to come in and do basic maintenance for the house while I was gone for the summer. They wouldn't even answer that. They wouldn't even tell me how much it would be to mow my yard. I ended up calling a local person, instead. They lost all of my business by not even taking care of my yard during the summer. I got nothing in return for my $99. He was professional when he finally showed up, which was probably their strongest point. I'm not going to deal with them at all. I've got somebody else lined up. I putting in the flowerbeds myself.

Our initial meeting the provider was late and apologized, which was fine. After working out the details of the service I was told that he would get back to me in two weeks of 3/7 to perform the first application to my yard. As of 4/21. I had not heard anything from the provider. I called and left voice mail which took two days for the provider to respond to and he did so by email instead of calling me back. He apologies for my being dropped off the schedule. This was all after explaining to Brent that the previous service I was receiving was less them stellar. I explained to Brent in my email to him that I was less than impressed with the way our initial meeting went. I got the impression that my yard was just another lawn for him to do but I was hoping all my other positive experiences with Angie's List would take care of it and of coarse I was wrong. I have not moved on to try another service.
