The guy was terrific! He came out and was very pleasant. He did a thorough job and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use them again!

Service was punctual and professional. They took about 15 minutes to clear the (second story) dryer vent, and another 30-45 minutes to clean the gutters and remove leaves and pine needles from the yard. I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, I noticed that gutters were still overflowing in the next few rain storms. We called and they came back about six days after our call and discovered that the downspouts were completely clogged, despite having gutter guards over them. They removed the clog at no extra charge and everything has been much better since. They handled our followup with professionalism and courtesy, but I was surprised that checking the downspouts wasn't automatically part of their first visit.

We were very disappointed and would not use them again. We have a gutter shield and all they had to do was reach up and remove the leaves, but they left the front of the white gutters dirty. They also didn't come when they were supposed to.

They did a great job of trimming my bushes. They did a wonderful job. When I asked them to come back, they didn't come back. I did find them on Angie's List. They're very nice people. They did a marvelous job. I would like to have them do more work around the house. They did a beautiful job on the bushes.

It was nice. They did a good job. They left the place spotless! Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they swept up my whole porch and cleaned the walkway.

It was an order made by mistake. I was searching and comparing on my phone and went to the wrong button.

Agape was prompt, thorough and professional in their work. They were also willing to work with me to customize the Big Deal to my needs. I had already cleaned all of the second floor gutters on my house, but couldn't do the third floor or clear several downspouts on my own. They agreed to do what I needed for the same price as the Big Deal, even though technically speaking the third floor was supposed to cost extra. Prior to his visit the tech was trying to turn his truck around on our Dead End and accidentally drove over my neighbor's mailbox and garden. He did try and ring their bell to tell then what happened, but no one was home. Unfortunately he didn't tell me what happened, nor did he leave them a note or business card, so when my neighbors got home and saw the damage they called the police. He was still at my house so he was able to discuss it with them and in the end It all worked out okay. The company covered the cost to repair their garden, but it would have saved them some headache if he'd handled it a little differently. I don't believe he was going to pretend it didn't happen, and leave without notifying them, but it could have been dealt with a little better.

Agape showed up on time for our first treatment and our yard already looks better. I think the key is they include fungicide during brown patch season.

He came, cleaned it nicely, and it went very well. The guys name was Mike, and he tried a couple of times, but the gutters were frozen over, and so he had to keep coming back until it melted. He was well spoken, honest, timely, he communicated with me on email and phone. He was just easy to work with. The $99 of the big deal was very reasonable.

It was a $99 special offer. They did a nice job of doing the work. The only problem I had was it took them a long time to get here. Several personal things came up and the weather was bad in some days. It took them approximately a month to get out here once we made the agreement. The work was done well.

The only thing they did is that when they got in my home, like I was working on my laptop doing something, he came and he started working and in 15 minutes I went out and he said he is done. I have like four gutters and I asked him to show me a picture because I do not think it can be done in 15 minutes. He said that he cannot go back up now to take the pictures, but he assured me that he has done the cleaning. So I think I believe him, the only thing is that it would have been better if like they could take the picture and show a proof of before and after. I think they were already clean and they were fine, but what I did feel that he was done in 15 minutes and I paid a lot of money. At least what I did want was a picture proof because I could not like climb that high myself. They are good; they have done that work. At least one of our gutter was clogged and they cleaned it and I was able to see that the water came down which was stuck up there, but the top three ones he said that they were already clean, but he did not show me a proof. I can recommend that they are good, they only thing is that they need to a little better job in like showing this proof that they have really done it so that the other person who is using them at least has some level of comfort that that they have really done their job.

We had a hard time scheduling due to all the rain. But the owner was good to keep in touch and we were finally able to set a time and date. All went well.

It was ok. They were prompt and came when they told us they would come. One person came out. They cleaned up after themselves. I wasn't impressed with the cleaning, not all the water was washed off the fascia. I thought downspouts were included but they were not. The price was fair.

Gutter work went fine. However, I was greatly disappointed with the lack of communication prior to this work. I had injured my back, I was going on vacation for a week, and my grass was really high. I did not want to leave my yard looking like no one lived at the house so I called and left a message about setting up cutting. I also emailed them with these same concerns. I was desperate to make sure the yard would look kept up during my trip. I waited days for a response to either my emai or my voice message via phone. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. If they were too busy all they needed to do was send me a simple email to that effect. This will be my last useage of this company.

They did a great job. We did not have to be home, but chose to...and they took their time, very thorough. We would use Agape again for gutter cleaning or for other services!

The service went very well. The communication was good and everything went as described. The worker called before he came and showed up on time. The service was performed exactly as described for the quote provided.

Very pleased with the company. The scheduling was easy, the guy was on time and did an excellent job. I was surprised how much stuff was pulled out of the dryer vent since I am very careful about cleaning the filter. He cleaned the gutters very thoroughly as well, and cleaned all the debris around the yard afterwards. We will definitely use them in the future.

Michael and his team did a great job. It was very nice to have the owner there supervising and doing some of the work. The did a great job, did what they said and touched up a few things as I requested. No problems will use them again.

Good service at a good price with Angie's List coupon. I have a one acre lot, so didn't do anything too noticeable with 4 man-hours, but they did do a good job cleaning up my lawn.
