Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

They’ve been great. We in fact contracted them to do our weekly service. So, they now come, and cut the yard too.

Will showed up on time and appeared to do a thorough job of measuring our yard and taking note of the sun and time of day. He left and said he would email me the plan and types of plants to place. I waited 3-4 weeks and no response. I emailed the company and he passed it along to Will. A week later I received the drawing and plan and it looked good. Will said he lost my email address. I asked him how much it would be for him to do the design and planting and never heard back from him.

front yard looked awesome, backyard plantings at first were not in correct place, but they came and re-did the planting. everything is still alive (in 94 degree heat!!)

I have used this company several times and am always impressed with how thorough and polite they are.

Contacted this company via Angies List email twice about a quote for a residential irrigation system and received no response. It takes 30 seconds to say we're too busy. Might want to avoid

I have a maintenance agreement also with them. They come out once a week, again it's the maintenance it's $192 a month and you just divide it by four. What I would tell friends and family is they're really good they're expensive, but you pay for what you get.

First visit was unsatisfactory and did not meet our expectations. However, once we expressed our dissatisfactions, Agape returned for a second visit, and did not charge for their service until completion to our satisfaction.

The plan that I got was very unimaginative and was several days later than it was promised.

Initial call went well enough, with person stating that the company was in the process of scheduling for the next week and that they'd give me a call back in a day or so. Waited two days...got no call. Called a second time...with different person answering...stating that (the scheduler) was usually pretty good at returning calls and would likely give me a call back shortly. No call. At this juncture...would have to guess that 'A' rating is due to feedback from friends and family.

The crew was professional and friendly. They walked the yard before and after the job to be sure that I was happy. Very pleased with the results.

Not the kind of service I expected.

Thorough job. Looks professional. Some spots that I guess were hard to reach were missed but overall excellent.

Very impressed with the way the project turned out. We felt like we got good value for the money and would use them again. Tommy was flexible and was able to add some last minute changes into the build and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish.

My front yard is big and was pretty untamed. Will made an economical plan that included removing several clumps of old, very tired azaleas, and some holly weeds, and planting a crape myrtle and some loropetalum bushes. His team worked efficiently, cleaned up the weedy brush by our ditch and spread pine straw under our foundation bushes and out under the trees at the perimeter of the yard. Looks great. I would definitely use them again.

Did not hire. Price was astronomical.

Wonderful, We were very pleased with work from Agape Lawn Company. They were professional from start to finish, and workers did the work with great care. Will did a great job designing the project, and Tommy came and laid out project , so workers knew exactly what to do. We will use them in the future with all our landscaping needs. It's nice to see a company who really cares about doing you a good job, instead of a company who is interested only in quick job to just get your money. Thanks Agape for a job well done.

wonderful ! They did an excellent job . great design & the workers did an excellent job following that design. Would definitely hire again.

Their works is top notch and I've not been disappointed. They are on time, polite and do a great job - what else could you want?

It was ok. The price was very fair. One worker came out, took about an hour to hour and 20 minutes. They were prompt and provided us with a landscape design that they said they would do.

We decided to have Agape do the work. The team was on time and went to work on the job after checking the plantings with the design and Will. The entire job took 2 days and looks great.

We just had our backyard landscaped. I would highly recommended them. They are professional, on time. Tommy is amazing and so is his crew. He worked within my budget. I did not have one negative experience with them. Tommy and his crew listened to me and wanted me happy. I am very particular and interviewed 4 other companies and Tommy was the only one that went out of his way to listen to me and make sure my vision was exactly what I wanted. The company answers the phone promptly and Tommy answered all my emails right away.

Well except not able to level many of the tree root areas.

It looks way better than we expected. Tommy was wonderful with recommendations especially when I poorly explained the ideas I had. His staff really helped us to understand what was happening each step of the way. We loved our experience with Agape.

Very unprofessional (lack of ) response from owners until we fired them; actual service guys were friendly and agreeable when asked to do something on the plan or question them- but they too were clearly uninformed from owners as to policies. Weekly services did NOT take place as expected- the company did not give us a schedule of services to be done, so there was no way to know when they were coming to do yard work. Beds were not cleaned out as expected; wedding was done very sloppily; unless bushes were trimmed or lawn mowed (obvious changes) we could not tell they were here. They trimmed holly bushes well. We have weeds now that we have never seen in 21 years on the property! VERY disappointing. Overall Terrible service.
