Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

We were away from home at the time the appointment was scheduled, and returned home to find a few leaves scattered about the driveway and lawn but the gutters still mostly full. There was still a sapling growing in one of them! Called Michael, who was not really sure quite what the situation was, but he sent someone back later in the day to finish. There is still a layer of the compost that leaves turn into in the bottom of the gutters, but all of the leaves, debris, and yes, saplings were removed. Considering that one of the companies I called charged over twice as much, I would consider the service to have overall been good value for what we paid

It went really well! I saw them do the work and he did a great job. The cleanup was great – no mess. Scheduling was easy, too. He was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Service completed while we were out of town. Weather was bad; believe it was delayed a day past original appointment, but completed while we were gone. Did a good, almost great job of removing debris. Very satisfied with overall timeliness and quality of work.

Requested a quote for lawn grading. They showed up on time for the evaluation, but I never heard from them again. I emailed several times asking for a quote which they usually "have out within 24 hours or so barring any known delays" but it's been a week now with no response. They have great reviews, but I guess they don't need customers.

Almost immediately after purchasing a Big Deal I was contacted by Michael from Agape Home Services. Through a few emails we scheduled a date to have our house pressure-washed. Communication was great and Michael and his assistant arrived on the scheduled date. They quickly got to work and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. I've had my house pressure-washed by other companies in the past who did not do a good job and argued with me when I complained. The house looks great and I'd have no hesitation in hiring them to do this work again in the future.

It was awesome. I spent about $100. Everything was awesome about them. We were having weather issues and they were on top of things. I never had to ask them anything. They couldn't climb on top of my roof if I had an ice storm and it went on for literally about 2 months and they kept me informed the whole time. I would tell others to go for it.

Agape was scheduled to arrive about 3:00. Michael called shortly before saying they were held up on another job and would be there about 5. That was just fine with my schedule. They arrived very close to 5:00, and the job was completed quickly and thoroughly. Michael and the young man working with him were both friendly and polite. He introduced himself prior to the job, telling me exactly what they would be doing. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Kenneth showed up on time, walked around with me and looked at things before he started. We have dogs that use the back yard, so he had to be careful to always close the fence gate, which he did. He was not spooked by our dogs. He was quiet and thorough, and willingly sprayed several areas they normally don't do. After he was finished, he walked around with me for a look-see. All was good. He pointed out one of our windows must have a broken seal. He cleaned up carefully. The job took a little over two hours.

We were not home at the time of service, but our gutters were cleaned and our roof was also cleaned off (leaves. branches, etc.). Our gutters are working great now. The only negative was the amount of debris left on the ground. Nothing a few minutes with a blower wouldn't take care of, but I would have given this service a solid A if they had cleaned up a little better.

Used an Angie's list special for gutter cleaning and they did even more. Agape was easy to work with (over email). Came when they said they would and really cleaned up the exterior of my home. Will definitely use them again this fall.

This is our second year of using them. Their lawn work is really good. They come and do what they are supposed to do.

It went great. We initially had a little scheduling mix-up but Mike was very courteous and re-scheduled for a few days later. His worker Kenneth was very polite and did a great job with the cleaning. I was very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends.

They were able to come out quickly. It seems to be fine so far.

All services performed as described. Very nice guy and professional. Didn't interact with him too much but he did the work fine.

We purchased a coupon deal through Angie's list. Initially didn't realize that communication needed to be done entirely through the Angie's list messaging tool. But once I gave them a call and sorted out dates. Everything progressed smoothly. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment and completed the services in a timely manner.

The work was done through an "Angie's Deal" coupon. Upon receiving his confirmation from Angie's of our purchasing the deal, Michael Hall, the owner of Agape, called promptly to make a 9 AM appointment with us. Thirty minutes before his scheduled arrival, he called to say that his principal helper was unexpectedly called to be with a just-hospitalized family member. Thus, Michael expected that he would be a bit late but should arrive within an hour. He arrived within the half hour and went straight to work. He walked the perimeter with us to communicate any issues. After Michael had laid out all the hoses and set up all the equipment and solutions for washing the house, he found the pump on the system was not pumping steadily. He told us he might need to set up another date while taking the machine away to be repaired. Even with such a difficult start to the day, he maintained a sense of calm and reasonability, which we found heartening. Very apparently, after he fussed with the machine for a bit, he was able to get it to perform correctly, so he proceeded to begin and complete the house washing. Then, he went to work on the windows. Everything was shiny and clean when he finished. He was friendly, honest, pleasant and exceedingly patient for someone who had had the delays in his morning due to unexpected and frustrating events.

Greenway is great! They are very responsive. They did our irrigation system three years ago. They are a great group of people who know what they are doing and don't try to up sell. I think we spent five thousand dollars for that system. It was an extensive irrigation system, front yard, backyard and side yard- we are in a big corner lot. They are extremely knowledgeable and reliable. There are irrigation system companies out there that don't know what they are doing and they don't come back and service. They know what they are doing and they service you. They are very responsive. I give them an 'A' overall. I don't think you are going to get their quality of work done any cheaper.

Professional, punctual, and very happy with the results. Really changed my yard for a good price. Will use again.

I was very pleased with the job they did. The young man answered my questions and was very professional. They cleaned the debris off the roof and cleaned up afterward. It was done in a timely fashion. I will hire then again.

I was very pleased with the work Agape did - very nice job on the work itself, and the guy who came (young African American gentleman with glasses - sorry, I don't remember his name) was friendly, professional and efficient. I would certainly use them again.

After using Window Gang for years I have now found a much better service. Gutters and downspouts were completely cleaned out. The best Window Gang would do was a quick blow out of them and they were gone in about 5 minutes. They never cleaned a downspout once! Would highly recommend Agape. Thanks.
